"Summer and the sea are a perfect match. I came to Yantai for a vacation during the summer break. I really wanted a room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. Initially, I considered Atour, but the rooms I liked were a bit pricey. After comparing several hotels and guesthouses, I had actually booked another family-friendly guesthouse. However, I stumbled upon 'Xiehou' and thought the room decor looked pretty good, and the price was similar. So I immediately canceled the family guesthouse and booked 'Xiehou' instead! (Honestly, when I saw the incredibly high sea view in the pictures, I initially thought the merchant was using fake photos, haha. But after checking in, I found it was exactly the same!) The room has simple kitchenware and a washing machine, which feels perfect for a longer stay, like half a month, to relax and unwind! And even though it's by the sea, the room wasn't damp at all, which is a huge plus! Just downstairs, across the road, is Jinshatan Beach, and there are plenty of electric scooters available for rent. You can just scan to use them. Riding a scooter by the sea with the breeze blowing felt absolutely amazing! ☺️"

We arrived after 8 PM, and since we had an early high-speed train the next morning, we decided to book this hotel near Yantai Station in advance. The hotel has a nice decor, spacious rooms, and a unique design. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room even had a retro arcade machine! Overall, a great stay!"

"Staying at the Yantai Xinguang Marriott was an absolute delight! The ever-changing ocean views throughout the day were stunning, and the sunset was incredibly romantic and calming. The hotel's proximity to the beach was perfect for our family trip; it was so convenient for the baby to play in the sand and wade in the water without having to worry about travel time back and forth. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a pool and various kids' activities that kept our little one entertained. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Mango, one of the staff members, was incredibly warm, polite, thoughtful, and professional. With beautiful scenery and an easy time with the kids, it was a truly enjoyable seaside stay. We look forward to visiting again!"

"This Hotel Indigo definitely has a vibrant, resort-like feel, with lots of orange decorations. It's right on the beach, about four kilometers from the Time Tower. Running a few kilometers along the coastline in the early morning or evening, with the sea breeze and gentle sunlight, is simply blissful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is excellent. The service is attentive and meticulous, especially Maxine, who was incredibly thoughtful and professional, making us feel truly welcomed."

The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities felt quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the huge, heated swimming pool – the lanes were wide and the water was crystal clear, making for a really refreshing swim. The service was genuinely excellent; everyone was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, not just going through the motions. The overall experience was far better than I anticipated. Marriott's quality really shines through, and I was very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town."

The fairyland feels full, thank you for the little gourd sent by the NPC brother, I hope that the scenic spot will be better and better! Will come again."
