Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

Comfort beds, decent price. Our room was large enough for the whole family. Perfect view of the sea. There’s this mall next to the hotel and a couple of nice restaurants.

The sea view room is very cost-effective compared to other brands. I heard from the driver that this place used to be a military factory, which is a very good address. We also encountered soldiers having their weddings here. Our conference was also held here. It is very convenient to take our children to the beach. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the back door in your bathing suit. There is bus No. 28 at the door, which is convenient for going to various attractions. The most thoughtful thing is the color page at the door, which has a very comprehensive introduction to culture and tourism.

環境：環境那是相當的好，我預訂時沒想到酒店周圍環境這麼好，坐落在黨校裏面，既舒適又安全，後面就是黨校綠化很好的校園可以散步，斜對面就是煙台體育場和體育公園，再望向遠處就是大海，海景很不錯。能看海，房間還很安靜。離煙大小吃街、濱海中路、黃海明珠也不算遠，可以步行到海邊玩。雖然離漁人碼頭、煙台山、所城裡等熱門景點有距離，但是酒店門口的10路車非常方便去這些地方，一元錢直達。 服務：很好，標準化酒店服務都有，有暖心的歡迎水果。免費配的嶗山礦泉水，比一般酒店多送好幾瓶，都不需要在外面買水喝了。 衞生：雖然酒店不是最新的，但是衞生保持得很好，大廳很大，窗明幾凈，房間裏的衞生間也乾淨。 設施：酒店不是那種時尚潮流酒店，是黨校的機關酒店，所以傢俱家電有一種和黨校身份很符合的氣質，但是各方面都達到了四星級該有的水準，房間大，價格還很實惠，平日價格含雙早才兩百多（早餐很好），國慶期間也沒漲多少，真的很良心了。 總結，非常滿意的酒店，非常滿意的旅行，煙台很美、也很好吃！

The wing room is off site. So, once there I upgraded to an on-site room. I stayed in the Japanese room. The room was very nice. The bathtub was spectacular. The food was absolutely perfect. The food had a French flare and was very impressive. The walk around the vineyard tasting the grapes was very informative. This is a true treasure to stay and enjoy a beautiful place. I would of enjoyed coffee in the room and only one cup at breakfast. The staff truly makes you feel so welcomed.
