Best Business Hotels in Yerevan

At first, I was given the last room on a low floor, which was completely different from the room in the picture. I went down to negotiate and changed the room myself. Ctrip's attitude was okay in the end, but I found that more than once, most of the overseas hotels booked by Ctrip and Qunar are the last rooms on low floors, and the rooms booked on booking are normal rooms. I don't know whether Ctrip's negotiated price is low or their hotel doesn't care about the reviews on Ctrip. After all, the audience is only Chinese. They care more about the reviews on booking because the whole world can see them. Excellent location of the hotel, in the very center! Very convenient for travelers. We stayed for one day and managed to get acquainted with the local attractions. The hotel itself is clean, modern. The room has all the amenities, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean, the shower has good water pressure, excellent air conditioning. In general, we are happy! When in Yerevan, we will stay at the Ibis!

The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.

We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia. The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it. There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting. Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery. Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park

The hotel is comfortable and its location is convenient for sightseeing. The service is very good.

The hotel is a chain hotel and maintains the image of a chain hotel. I asked in advance to set up a bed for the child and a high floor, everything was done without additional charges. Breakfast is standard, but it’s strange that an omelet is fried for an extra charge. It would be interesting to come back in the summer and see the pool area.

Everything is fine, but when ordering, I did not take into account that there are mountains in Yerevan. Therefore, walking from the hotel was not possible. The view from the window is unattractive. Fortunately, taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.
