The room smelled like a mix of mold and regret. The sheets had mysterious stains, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 90s. Very rude and unhelpful staff. The front desk had the customer service skills of a grumpy troll. Asked for a fan since the rooms air conditioner was not working and was told, ‘Deal with it. They lied about parking space , I didn’t feel safe parking my car on the tiny street of Yerevan so with all these I had to leave to another hotel . And they refused to refund. This hotel is where happiness goes to die. The only positive? It made me appreciate sleeping on a park bench.

We were there for two nights, while the room was ok, everything else was way overpriced and and unorganized. At first, we couldn't lock our room because they "lost" or keys. We had to leave it open and trust everything. The prizes for drink were way to high. Not just a bit, it was way too much! It would have been cheaper to get a taxi, buy a small bottle of water and drive back with it then bud it there. And this is not a joke. Then we agreed for 8:00am for breakfast, but when we arrived, nothing was ready! We had to wait for 30 more minutes till we got plates and bread, and then everything else came in very slow. The tree and coffee which we received about 45min later was also way too less for everybody. Water was not included! When we left, we insisted on an invoice, but they where completely unable to get it! The stuff always referred to the manager, but he was never there. For the invoice, he they had to get him to come there, which took about an hour, but even then he wasnt able to print it. They where all extremely incompetent. All in all, i would not recommend this hotel!

Заказали номер на 2 ночи , состоящий из двух комнат (2 взрослых, 2 детей), кухни со стиральной машинкой. Бронь была подтверждена. По итогу приехав в 22 часа нам дали номер без окна (духота, кондей не справляется), с 4 односпальными кроватями, одной двухспальной без стиральной машинки, дверь в туалет не закрывается, как и ящик под раковиной, в санузле вонь жуткая канализацией. Администратор никакие разумные аргументы сказать не мог, нам ничего не оставалось как заселиться, тк в такое время найти что-то на 4х с двумя комнатами крайне сложно. Вишенкой на торте было отсутствие полотенец и стаканов в номере. Администратор сказал, что нести это к нам на 4 этаж он не собирается, если мне ЭТО нужно, чтоб я несла сама. Состояние шока это самое малое как можно описать наше состояние. Разницу в сумме оплаты за разные категории номеров возвращать отказались

Unsere Zimmer hatten alle einen Wasserschaden. Beim Zustand des Bades auch kein Wunder. Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht mehr schließen, da ein Teil des Türstockes aus der Wand gebrochen war. Die Matratzen sind komplett am Ende. Lattenroste gibts gar keine - wer Glück hatte, hatte eine OSB-Platte unter der Matratze, manche lagen auf den Holzkanten des Bettgestelles. Das Frühstück war für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit.

Сотрудники и сам владелец целенонаправленно обманули и нахамили, они специально делают овербук и отправляют в другой отель за доплату. Мы должны были заехать в отель castle family hotel. Вчера подтвердили, что мы будем. Сегодня нам в 18:57 написал администратор о подтверждении снова лично. Мы подтвердили. Администратор указал, что ждёт нас. По итогу, мы приехали, а номера для нас нет. Отправили в другой отель из этой же сети. Мы приехали, там цена еще выше. Но если бронировать на букинге, то цена совершенно другая, ниже даже, чем в первом отеле. Сотрудникам показывали цену, но владелец отеля сказал, что отказывается сдавать за эту стоимость. На нас начали кричать и угрожать. Отель второй назывался Bomo nairi hotel. Эти два отеля не рекомендуем для проживания. Остался неприятный осадок после общения с ними(

Обманывают людей! Зарезервировали номер, перед отъездом у нас уточнили, точно ли мы будем, мы подтвердили и даже указали время прибытия. По приезде мест не было, нас выгнали. Вместо извинений еще и накричали

Falsche Zimmer
Also ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, welches eine Waschmaschine enthält ein King Size Bett und am Ende habe ich ein ganz anderes Zimmer bekommen. Viel kleiner ohne Waschmaschine ohne Komfort. Einfach ein Loch. Und auf meine Frage, dass ich wenigstens einen Refund bekomme oder hab ich nichts bekommen, sondern nur auf gut Deutsch. Pech gehabt.
