It’s really good to bring a baby! The children's play area can make children have fun, because it is rare to see one that big. The hot spring water in the room is large enough, and the dinner is good, but the breakfast is much ordinary... I hope it will get better and better. The soup in Hikari is also excellent. The swimming pool is okay. I hope it can be warmer🤣

Later I got up and asked the bartender, but he didn't know anything about it. Later I wanted to forget it, but the waiter said it didn’t matter. What do we want to drink? He bought us a drink and then my mom ordered a latte without ice. As a result, the waiter said that he had never used it without ice and he would try it... From the beginning to the end, I feel that the hotel service needs to be strengthened and the connection between employees and departments needs to be conveyed correctly. Of course we arrived early and we might be wrong, but didn’t we notice it when we checked in at the counter? Next, there was no notification to the bar staff that we needed to compensate us for coffee or juice due to some situation or problem within the hotel. Really do not recommend your hotel

Evergreen Phoenix Hotel is an all-inclusive hotel. I took my family here to have a rest during the summer vacation. It lasted three days and two nights in total. In addition to taking a good soak in the hot springs in the room, the hotel also had other facilities such as swimming pool, spa, and afternoon tea, which made us completely relax. . The next day, they helped us tidy up the house, replaced all the supplies, and remade the bed very efficiently. This made the trip end very successfully.

I checked into bartender on 12/28 and asked for leave. There was no bartending in the rooftop bar, which is no different from the pearl milk tea shop without pearls... Such a large hotel did not register. For example, there were two bartenders. The hot water in the hotel was out of order that day. According to the housekeeper, 10- There was a problem on the 16th floor. Even the water from the shower head was cold. After a little trouble, we finally assisted in changing rooms. Overall, the experience was not good at this price. Ordering food at the top floor bar was also amazing. I used the line to pass it on. You have to be mentally prepared to wait for the editor to open the line slowly on the top floor, but there is still something worth recommending. I left the bar at around 11 o'clock that day and met a very enthusiastic person. I went downstairs for dinner at about 9 o'clock the next morning and met him again. I was particularly impressed by him because of his enthusiasm. After a brief chat, I learned that he lived in Toucheng. I didn't expect that he would get off work so late because he lived so far away. Tian appeared again early in the morning, and this stay made me feel much better because of his enthusiasm.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to Luodong night market. There is a 7-11 shop opposite the hotel. You can get your daily necessities or a coffee boost or light snacks there easily. However, the hotel looks outdated and run down and cleanliness is an issue. Saw many stains here and there in bathtub and on hotel room flooring. I even saw a cockroach early in the morning near my door, was shocked! The morning breakfast started at 7am but when I reached at 7.10am, it was already full and there was a long queue waiting outside. In the end, we decided to give the hotel breakfast a miss and went to the nearby Mcdonald for breakfast instead! What a waste though! Wouldn't be going back again the next time!

It's a family hotel. Lots of people. In the mornings the restaurant is very crowded. Small hotspring pool and inside hotspring are nice. I had a room next to the parking lot. Not very inspiring.

Taiwan's representative hot spring hotel. The service is meticulous, especially the fact that you can continue to use the facilities until 17:00 after check-out, which is amazing. Dinner and breakfast at Yuntian Buffet Restaurant are better than ever!

Breakfast selection was good and hotel provided a glass of free wine for each customer. The hot and cold spring in room were good too. Will revisit soon.
