Breakfast: I really liked the breakfast; everything was to my taste.
Service: The service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. We received fruit upon check-in and a lovely gift upon check-out: two eye masks and a nut gift box, which was a very nice touch.
Room: The room was decent, and the accompanying Pu'er tea was fantastic. We stayed on the second floor, but I'd love to try a first-floor courtyard room next time.
Afternoon Tea: The bayberry and lychee drink was especially delicious, as was the plum tea. It was also a great spot for photos. Exploring the courtyard was a pleasant experience.
Transportation: Qianmen Street and Dashilar are right nearby, offering plenty of convenient food options. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and getting around by bike is very easy.

CunkoulifatangshifuOur stay this time was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we could feel the staff's genuine sincerity. A special shout-out to the concierge team, who not only helped us retrieve our package in advance but also assisted with our luggage throughout check-in, making our arrival so smooth and effortless. Their thoughtfulness was truly appreciated!
The hotel's location is also superb – it offers a free shuttle service to Universal Beijing Resort, which takes about 10 minutes. This saved us from having to hail a taxi or take public transportation, saving a significant amount of time and effort. It's truly a blessing for families with kids or anyone looking to maximize their time!
The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall lighting design was incredibly cozy, making us feel relaxed the moment we entered. My favorite feature was the balcony with its large floor-to-ceiling windows; sitting on the wicker chair at night, watching the city lights outside, created an incredibly atmospheric experience. The bathroom also exuded quality, with dark vertical-striped wall tiles, marble flooring, a smart mirror with ambient lighting, and a standalone bathtub – it truly elevated the bathing ritual. Every corner, from the dressing table to the sofa area, was thoughtfully designed with meticulous small details, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality accommodation experience, especially travelers planning a trip to Universal Beijing Resort! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Anonymous UserThe location of CitiGO Hotel Sanyuanqiao Beijing is definitely a plus. It's just a few hundred meters from Sanyuanqiao Subway Station, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel's overall decor is simple and stylish, and the rooms are clean and refreshing, with very comfortable bedding. They offer a gym, laundry room, and even provide late-night snacks, which is great for business travelers. The staff are friendly and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserWe stayed at TRUE GO Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square) for 5 nights and overall it was a very good choice for exploring Beijing.
The biggest advantage is the location. The hotel is very close to the metro, about a minute’s walk, and it is convenient both for walking around the city and using public transport. The hotel is located in a hutong, which gives the area a nice local atmosphere. However, because the street is very narrow, taxis may have trouble getting directly to the hotel. Sometimes it is easier to walk a little to a wider street and take a taxi from there.
The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for two people. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and it was quiet at night because our windows faced the hutong. The air conditioner worked well. A nice bonus was the fresh air ventilation system in the room. We also liked the smart room features: for example, it was possible to close the curtains while lying in bed.
The room had most of the things we needed, but there was no fridge and no safe. The hairdryer was rather weak. Every day the hotel provided Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite and two bottles of water, and it was also possible to take extra water downstairs, which was very convenient.
The shower was good: strong water pressure, hot water without problems, and the drain worked well. Wi-Fi was available and worked well. Although the hotel has only a few floors, there is an elevator, which is very convenient with luggage. The glass elevator also looked nice.
One thing to keep in mind is the bathroom design. There are frosted glass partitions between the toilet, shower and room. Visually everything is covered, but the sound insulation is not good, so there is less privacy than some guests may expect.
One small service issue was related to the washing machine. We asked the reception if we could use it, and the staff member said yes and walked us to the laundry area. However, while we were going there, another guest got ahead of us and occupied the machine. After that, we were simply told that everything was busy. It was not a major problem, but it felt a bit disappointing, especially because we had already asked for help and were being shown where to go.
The staff mostly communicated with us through a translator app. This was not a big problem and probably happened because neither we nor the staff spoke enough English for full communication.
Overall, this is not a luxury hotel, but it is a clean, comfortable and very convenient base for an active trip to Beijing. Considering the price and the location, I would choose this hotel again.

candy·liuTraveling with family to Beijing, staying near Wangfujing was convenient. The hotel's brand, ambiance, and breakfast were all excellent. We booked an Executive Forbidden City View room specifically to see the golden roofs of the Forbidden City. The sunset views were amazing! You could also see the White Dagoba at Jingshan Park. On our second night, the front desk helped us move to a higher floor with a better view. We stayed for two consecutive nights and were very satisfied overall! 😀

Aïda5The location and cleanliness are wonderful. Right next to the ”Champs Elysees” of Beijing. May I kindly suggest to add a fee to continue proposing the collecting and cleaning which is displayed on the hotel website? It is confusing for guests to see a service proposed and not performed. See hotel website and joint pic of sign to hang on door in Chinese , didn't take a pic of the basket. Also if the receptionist asks you to bring down your dirty laundry basket (placed in the room) to the lobby, it can be perceived as gross by clients as you do not bring dirty clothes in a hotel lobby. Such things are not done and not to be suggested by the receptionist. Finally, most guests on holiday are happy to pay and have laundry done. It is a service we had in other hotels in China free or paid. 2 machines and 2 driers for so many rooms is not enough. Visiting all day(Beijing is huge) and staying up to 1.30 am doing laundry in a queue is tough during holidays. This needs to be corrected or crossed out on the hotel website so clients know beforehand. Overall positive though.

Anonymous UserHonestly, the hotel reception wasn't great. They weren't welcoming or efficient, and I had to wait in line for ages. Deliveries and takeaways just pile up on the table, and once it's full, they get put on the floor. No one even sends a robot to bring it up; you have to go downstairs yourself and practically rummage around on the floor to find your food (yesterday someone even had their order taken by mistake). The air conditioning in the hotel is broken, so it's hot and humid. Usually, when I'm back in Beijing, I don't stay in hotels, but I made an exception to accompany someone this time and it was a total bust. The only good thing worth mentioning is the 24-hour shuttle bus service to and from Daxing Airport, running every half an hour.

The hotel was generally decent. The basic facilities were all there, and the hygiene was acceptable. The location was quite convenient. Some of the facilities showed signs of aging, and the experience would be even better if those small details could be improved.

LiuxiaomoOur weekend self-drive trip to Club Med Joyview Yanqing Resort exceeded our expectations! Backing onto Songshan Mountain, the air is fresh, and the resort's lawns and flower fields make for perfect photo opportunities. A leisurely stroll through the grounds is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the heated pool has excellent water quality, making water activities very relaxing.
The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, and the desserts are delicious. The G.O staff are friendly, and the activities are plentiful: rock climbing, archery, kids' club, and the evening stage shows create a fantastic atmosphere. A special shout-out to Suna for her thoughtful service, always interacting and reminding us of the activity schedule – she's awesome! The all-inclusive package saved us so much hassle; no need to plan, just pure relaxation. It's perfectly suited for a short family getaway. Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserThe exterior and common places might really scare you away, as this Hotel looks really run down and not nice at all. However, the rooms are clean and absolutely up to the standard, the location is great (metro, shopping centers, eateries) and the Staff is fantastic - really helpful and nice, which is not that common in Beijing. They checked us in at 8.00 in the morning! The value for money is good, I would stay there again!
