Hotel Review: Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel (Family Stay) Our family recently stayed at Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for both adults and kids. The combination of modern comfort, private hot springs, and a great location made it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Location & Convenience The hotel is centrally located in Jiaoxi, just a short walk from Jiaoxi Train Station and close to local restaurants, night markets, and family-friendly attractions. The convenience of having everything within reach made our trip much easier, especially with kids in tow. Family-Friendly Rooms & Amenities We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the private in-room hot spring tub, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs as a family in a comfortable and private setting. The kids absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers and yukatas, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hot Spring Facilities Apart from the in-room hot spring, the hotel’s rooftop open-air hot spring was a fantastic experience. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the warm mineral water was incredibly soothing after a day of exploring. It’s a must-visit, especially in the evening. Service & Hospitality The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to families. They provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, and were always happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and food options. Breakfast & Dining The breakfast buffet had a good mix of ********* and Western options, catering to both adults and kids. While the selection was decent, we would have liked to see a bit more variety for children. That said, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall Experience Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel is a great choice for families looking to experience Jiaoxi’s hot springs in a comfortable and convenient setting. The private hot spring tubs, spacious rooms, and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return for another family getaway! It is located in the city center, with shopping centers nearby. It is next to Yixinxuan and opposite Tangweigou Hot Spring Park. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it a tourist center. However, it is about 7 minutes away from Jiaoxi Railway Station. It is not convenient to push luggage because the road is not very smooth. It is 13 minutes away from Jiaoxi Transfer Station, which is quite far. Breakfast was good.

This is an excellent hotel! It looks clean and posh; both interior and exterior and there is a hot spring tub in the room! Room is not that extremely big but is good enough for the 3 of us! Hotel staff lady warned us of big group during our stay and prealerted us in advance to come early for breakfast in order to avoid the massive jam. What a good gesture! Breakfast spread is good and I like the overall hotel vibe. Regretted that we should have stayed for another night if time permits! Nothing else to fault, all almost perfect!

It is a hotel that is very suitable for family vacations. This time I stayed in a Castle of Fundoge themed room. In addition to the big bed, the room also has a tent. The children cheered immediately when they saw it and checked in directly. Each room can get a car and can walk around the entire floor. , if you rent more than one, you only need to pay NT$600 per day. The hotel has many facilities and activities. It is recommended for those with children to stay for more than two days. The supplies provided by the hotel are also of high quality, the breakfast is also rich, and the adults are taken care of very well😁 This hotel will be my first choice next time I come to Yilan! 

The breakfast is very good overall. Vegetarians have a lot of egg options. They also informed us if a thermos cup was left in the restaurant. The location is convenient for the station and within walking distance. This time I only used the room for bathing.

As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Just Sleep Hotel. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated in the centre of that small town. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around without any hassle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and attending to my every need.I felt truly cared for and catered to throughout my time at Just Sleep Hotel. It truly is a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the city.

A resort in Yilan, backed by Yuanshan Mountain, quiet! The hotel has a view at every step, friendly service, new facilities, hot springs can be taken directly in the room, and the hotel also prepares midnight snacks at night. The bedding is of good quality.

The location of the hotel is pretty far from the train station. Would be prefect if the hotel can provide free shuttle service. Breakfast was great. Will be back again

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !
