The water temperature needs to be adjusted more than ten times after taking a shower. The floor of the toilet is very slippery when it is wet, and there is a risk of falling. The main control light panel at the head of the bed is brighter after turning off the light, which affects sleep. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, clean and bright. We were upgraded to a suite and the service was very good. The supplies are also great, including L'Occitane shampoo and nespresso capsule machine! It makes me very curious about how the hotel's cost control is done hahaha The hotel is located in the old town of Yinchuan. Compared with the Marriott, the new area where the Sheraton is located is much more lively!

I have stayed at Atour countless times and never had any problems. This time I came for the brand. From the moment I checked in, they told me how good the late-night porridge road was. There was also a sign at the elevator door. See the picture for the actual situation! Late Night Congee: I came here for this! It was empty right at the beginning. The midnight snack time starts at 9:30 and the picture was taken at 9:52. The variety of food was limited and it didn't look good at all! Just look at the pictures! The explanation given was that it was raining and there were too many people, so there was no time to do it! Wait for more than ten minutes! I really want to reply (Am I here to beg for food?) If you can't do something well, don't do it! The picture shows all the midnight snacks! Later I received a phone call to inform me that porridge was available. The next morning I ordered a takeaway breakfast, and when it was delivered I was told that they would give me a breakfast coupon! Is it meaningful to mend the fold after the sheep have been lost? So a good attitude does not mean that things are done well! There is no doubt that the service attitude is good as always, but if the work is not done well, no matter how good the attitude is, it is nothing!

I stayed there for five nights in a row and I was so satisfied! Self-driving parking is convenient, front-end service is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I will return to Yinchuan the day after tomorrow and will stay one more night before leaving.

The staff was very friendly and took the initiative to remind us that breakfast was included. The location and environment of the hotel are good, and it is very quiet at night. The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

Hotel is new and luxurious, great location very central and dynamic neighbourhood yet bedroom is calm and I got good nights sleep. Special mention for the staff that is super friendly and warm! Nice people!

The Xiaoye hand-grabbed food opposite the hotel is delicious and very popular. 2. The service is very good. We gave hot tea and changed to a satisfactory room. The front desk responded enthusiastically. 3. The room is very large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, very spacious, and very new facilities. Disadvantages: 1. The sanitation is not in place, the floor is very dirty, and the room smells like decoration. It is still necessary to open the window for ventilation. The walls of the newly opened hotel are dirty. 2. There is a park opposite. There is music from 7 o'clock in the morning. There are intermittent noises on the walls in the house in the middle of the night. 3. There are hairs in the breakfast fruit, which is not new compared to other cities. Overall, the experience is good and the location is also very convenient

the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty. The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well. Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.
