The temperature was 35 degrees on the second day of check-in, and the air conditioner broke down during the night. It shows a very low temperature but no cooling effect at all. I woke up from the heat in the middle of the night and the hotel was unable to repair it. The maintenance man came into the room and turned on the air conditioner for about ten minutes, but it had no effect. He told me that the air conditioner was working normally. I contacted the front desk and was told that the room was full and could not be changed. After repeated communication, the general value manager asked us to endure it for a while. We were already close to heat stroke at that time, so we splashed cold water on our bodies to cool down. We communicated for more than an hour. Finally, after I suggested bringing ice cubes, the manager said that we would first arrange to send ice cubes to our room and discuss other issues in the morning. When I left the hotel the next day, the front desk didn't even say an apology, pretending not to know anything. Because I didn’t have a good rest the night before and was in a rush to catch up, I didn’t have the energy to continue the theory.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, very close to Chengtian Temple Tower, Drum Tower, Mosque, and Little Tiananmen Square. After checking in, our family was very satisfied. 剛進去服務員接待挺好，我問了一下房間有沒有冰鎮的水，説沒有，我看前台有冰箱，但是前台員工也沒有主動説給拿個冰鎮的。房間挺不好找，錯層的，第一次沒找到，在後麪的樓，但是前面的樓的電梯上去也沒有指示牌，衹有前台在登記的時候説了一下上去右邊走，但其實要往右邊走到頭。房間內地毯有很多渣渣，瓜子皮，還有不知道哪來的羽毛絮絮，找拖鞋的時候光腳被瓜子皮扎到。杯子很臟，裏面都是白毛毛，準備放衣服到衣櫃，結果拿下來黑褲子變灰了，一摸一層灰。洗手間沒有獨立的洗浴拖鞋，要麼光腳洗，要麼把一次性的就洗濕了，真的很難受，空調沒有用，進去的時候是26度，開了冷風能感覺到吹的風有點點是涼的，但是房間温度沒有下降，晚上很熱，早上起來出的一身汗，被子建議該換薄的了。

前台小朱服務很熱情，能為客人及時處理問題，酒店環境好，房間乾淨設施設備齊全，並且房間很安靜，慕斯床墊i睡着很舒服，樓層彭主管熱情，有細心周到的服務意識，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！
