The old couple, they used to be loversđ, because they estimated that they would not have enough time to play in Yinchuan, so they booked an extra night before departure. The whole trip was 4 days and 3 nights. The cute tall girl who was responsible for the receptionđâď¸ at the front desk when we entered the store on October 22, smiled and carefully introduced the hotelđ¨, surrounding transportation, food, and travel guides, making us feel like we were at home when we entered the hotel. The hotelđ¨ is located in the city center and is convenient for going out. I am really glad that choosing this hotelđ¨ and staying for three consecutive nights was a wise decision...

When choosing this hotel, I looked over and over at the surrounding hotels. In comparison, this hotel is the most cost-effective. After checking in, I was also given a big surprise. Both the front desk service and the cleanliness were very good. Because I came here for fun, when I checked in at the front desk, I casually asked what fun things there were. The service staff at the front desk introduced me a lot and gave me suggestions on how to go around in a reasonable time period. This suggestion was really helpful. Okay, this avoids me wasting time playing around. They also introduced me to a lot of local specialties, which are indeed delicious. The service in this hotel really made me feel the hospitality of Ningxia people. They are very attentive in serving customers and it is great. It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is good. The lobby gives people a feeling of cleanliness, atmosphere and class. The front desk staff is very professional. I stayed at the hotel I booked before going to the Five Lakes Crossing for two days. It was a very affordable four-star hotel. Although the price was not high, the service was guaranteed. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. What is particularly worthy of praise is that I forgot to return the deposit when checking out. The most comfortable and comfortable thing about this business trip is the new experience given by Boshlid. From the parking lot to the room service, it is perfect and impeccable, especially the reception, home away from home, warm, attentive, afternoon tea and evening fruit yogurt nourish the heart and stomach, especially like it. The room is fully equipped and high-end, the linen is clean and odorless, the bedding is comfortable and tidy, the bathroom bathtub toilet feels very hygienic, perfect to no defects. DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

CChitaodetutuziTo be honest, this is the second review. I booked it on another platform the night before and gave them a 5-star review. It is true that on the first day of my stay, I felt that life was good. The breakfast on the second day was not what I expected. There are many varieties, but the quality is average. The food that fell off the food table and the garbage on the ground were not cleaned for a long time. The senses are poor. Although the room told the front desk that the bedding would not be changed, when I came back from going out, I found that there was still small garbage on the floor from the previous day. Whatâs even funnier is that when we were out playing, it was almost 2pm, and we suddenly received a call from the hotel asking us to check out. I was stunned for a moment. Didnât I already swipe my room card at the front desk after breakfast (to stay for an additional day and complete the procedures at the front desk) for the same day? I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. This logic makes me dizzy. This is really convenient for the hotel itself, leaving the trouble to the customers.
Letâs talk about the benefits of the hotel. The hotelâs location faces Yuehai Lake and has the Helan Mountains in the background. The room can see Yuehai Lake. It is a new four-star hotel under the sports-oriented Intercontinental. You can feel that the waiters want to do a good job, but there is a small mistake. The heart-warming drink at night was very healthy and delicious. There is nice gym laundry room. Guests can use it free of charge.

Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. FFernando ManuelI recently stayed at the Yinchuan Macrolink Regent Hotel for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotelâs location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. Itâs situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities.
The staff were friendly and helpful and while it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

FFly guyThe hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But thatâs the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didnât get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

TTravisBeautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldnât do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there werenât two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very good, very warm and clean. Every waiter will say hello when he sees it, and he can see that the management team is good. The hotel transportation is also very convenient, and there are many places to eat around. Xiaoye is grabbing and it is worth a visit.
