The itinerary changed the next day and I forgot to cancel the room reservation. The hotel called to remind me to cancel the reservation. Even though I had already checked out, they still provided thoughtful service!

Hygiene needs to be improved. As a chain hotel, I have stayed in Home Inn in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou. The hygiene of this one in Yiwu is obviously much worse than that in other cities. The pillow core is yellow and has blood stains. The bed sheets and quilt covers may not be disinfected properly. Sleeping in them will make your skin itchy and cause hives. There are also oil stains on the walls. I hope it can be in line with the hygiene standards of other cities.

The room was ok, standard decoration. The contrast between the ladies at the front desk is quite big. One of them is thinner and has a very nice attitude, while the other one is fatter and just ignores me. Hehe!
