Hotels in Xiuhu Plaza and Downtown, Yiwu

For this trip to Yiwu, I chose the KaiChen K Hotel, which I found on Ctrip. I had a great experience, and they even upgraded my room! The hotel boasts a superb location, with Yiwu Tiandi literally right downstairs. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The room was clean, with smart and cozy amenities. Breakfast was extensive, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast was good (children over 1.4m are charged an additional 30 RMB per day), and the location is also convenient. During our stay, we unfortunately encountered a very noisy tour group in the middle of the night. However, the front desk promptly moved us to a quieter room in Block B, which we truly appreciated! The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the trade city daily at 9 AM and 10 AM, which was very convenient. (On both days, we happened to share the bus with a lively group of international guests who were singing, dancing, and filming videos, making it a bit boisterous.) While the indoor swimming pool isn't large, it's perfectly sufficient for children to splash around in. Overall, we had a good experience.

As a first trip to Yiwu, I wasn't sure of locations, and arrived at another Marriot. However, eventually made my way to Fairfield (by Marriot). The location was somewhat further from Yiwu International Trade City than I would have liked. The room was spacious, the staff attentive and friendly. However, the pool was not as advertised (it was a quasi-public pool in the vicinity), and the rooms were surprisingly noisy. Late evening and early morning my sleep was disturbed by what I could only describe as a herd of baby elephants, the sound emanating from somewhere either beside or above my room, thunderous enough to wake me up. First time I have experienced this type of noise incursion in a relatively modern hotel. Apart from that, I had a vast expanse of window space to take in the view of courtyard, adjoining shopping precinct and some mountains in the distance.

It was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helped us immediately. Although we just used the hotel for a place to rest, they did not have a baby crib which we had requested for our 3 month old. The buffet breakfast was very Chinese and some dishes were served cold.

The hotel rooms are spacious and well-designed. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff were all very charming and welcoming. The rooms offer good value for money. The hotel provides a superb experience, and you'll find fantastic dining nearby in Zongjiang, with an abundance of fresh seafood. It's a one-stop service. Breakfast is also great, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The management is highly organized, and the facilities are impressively modern and extensive. Simply superb!

The room is very big and the service is very good. Breakfast is delivered directly to the floor. This time, I would like to thank the front desk manager. Because of the tight schedule, I didn't have time to pick up the luggage at the front desk. The manager was very considerate and helped to mail it. It helped solve a big problem. Great service

The facilities here were truly a pleasant surprise. From the comfortable seating in the lounge and the spotlessly clean, bright environment to the fully functional equipment, everything was thoughtfully designed. And the staff? Simply outstanding. They patiently answered every question, were meticulous in their work, and swiftly responded to any unexpected issues, maintaining a professional yet friendly attitude throughout. This made me feel completely at ease, and their genuine attention to detail was truly impressive.

Visited the hotel with man and the experience was quite amazing. From the reception to the room everything was just well in order. The breakfast was mouthwatering. The only downside part is language barrier. Reception staff couldn’t speak English, however they tried their best to assist us and give us best experience

Excellent services, the staff is really professional and kind, i didn’t catch the guy who work at the reception name, but good job. The hero saved the day by reminding me, that i forgot to take my medication at the fridge. Overall 10/10 for the great sevice
