Hotels in Xiuhu Plaza and Downtown, Yiwu

The hotel itself was perfect, location, service and cleanliness. We faced an issue with the air conditioning system the first two nights. That made our sleeping experience really bad and difficult. To be fair the whole hotel had the same problem. They tried their best to fix the issue. But they couldn’t. Regarding this matter, i will definitely stay there again.

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

The hotel environment is very good, the decoration is relatively new and pleasant, it is safe and comfortable to live in, the hotel facilities are very smart and convenient, the price is also reasonable. I will book this hotel again when I come to Yiwu next time.

Well I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room Was nice and clean. The location is about 15 minutes from night market and Inernational trade city by taxi. The only thing is breakfast not for European people. But the hotel worth it.

Visited the hotel with man and the experience was quite amazing. From the reception to the room everything was just well in order. The breakfast was mouthwatering. The only downside part is language barrier. Reception staff couldn’t speak English, however they tried their best to assist us and give us best experience

Lovely clean hotel with many smart features. Vanity mirror lights were a nice touch as well as heated toilet seat and automatic flush, automatic curtains. I also appreciated the USB charging points extra cables and space to hang your clothes. The beds are very comfortable. The location was about a 10 min drive to the Yiwu markets but longer in peak hour. Reasonable breakfast if you like Chinese food. The staff especially the hotel man were very helpful. The laundry and gym were convenient to have there but the gym is only open 10am to 10pm due to it being next to some of the guest rooms and there being concern about making too much noise. After about 8pm the gym is locked and you need to ask front desk to get it unlocked. Also if you are gym goer you would possibly like to go early on the morning but that it not an option! Overall though a pleasant, good value for money stay.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is not that new but it is still relatively clean. The two 1.5-meter beds are quite comfortable for us with a child. Children's breakfast is free of charge, which is very humane. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the price is OK. The hotel has a parking lot, which is convenient for parking.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at K Hotel this time! The hotel is conveniently located, has convenient transportation, and is well-equipped. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept soundly. The staff are enthusiastic and considerate, and the attitude is friendly, making people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall value for money is high, and it is suitable for both business travel and vacation. I will choose K Hotel again next time I come here, and strongly recommend it to everyone!

Good hotel , at good location across of a nice mall. The service of the front is not so professional. Overall is very good The hotel condition is mint.

The soundproofing of the lower-floor rooms is poor, especially room 616/615, which is opposite to the KTV on the 3rd floor. The sound continued from 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock. I called the front desk twice during this period, and they could only promise to ”coordinate with the KTV and the police”. The hotel's attitude in handling the problem is good, but there are absolute flaws. The room was fully booked during the May Day holiday and I couldn't change the room. I couldn't sleep well at all. It is recommended to avoid the corresponding room when checking in, or change to a higher floor room that is not on the KTV side. The picture shows the reflection of the glass of the opposite building, and the pink sign light is where the KTV is.
