I was on a business trip and didn't have a favorite hotel, so I found this hotel through the Ctrip platform. The potted plants at the door are very beautiful, giving me the feeling of being home. The lobby is very grand. Although I often travel on business, this is the first time I have seen such a design. The boss has a good vision👍. The hotel is clean, comfortable and sanitary. BBello237It was a very pleasant experience to stay at K Hotel this time! The hotel is conveniently located, has convenient transportation, and is well-equipped. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept soundly. The staff are enthusiastic and considerate, and the attitude is friendly, making people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall value for money is high, and it is suitable for both business travel and vacation. I will choose K Hotel again next time I come here, and strongly recommend it to everyone!

SShane CanadianA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night.
The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them.
The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day.
A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day.
The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities.
Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

The interior decoration is exquisite and elegant, no matter the lobby or the corridor, it makes people feel warm and comfortable.😃。
Not to mention service.💁♀️, the staff is warm and friendly, from the moment you enter the door, you feel at home. Any problem, they will be the first time to help solve, really super sweet🥰 And I have to mention the coffee shop.☕ , the ambiance is super, the quality and variety of coffee is excellent. It's a treat to have a drink here and enjoy a moment of peace😎 All in all, this hotel is outstanding in terms of facilities, environment, service and coffee shop. It is highly recommended💗！

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very cost-effective. We stayed in a large room with an astronaut theme of 57 square meters. The light outside the window is very good. The automatic retractable curtains are very comfortable and soft. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, which is also very large. The towels and toiletries are all very new. The toilet and shower are separated from each other. Robots can quickly deliver hotel supplies and delivery food to the room. The whole thing is relatively quiet. There is no noise when you sleep at night. The room carpets are very clean. The lobby is responsible for the several young girls who check in. They are very quick. Whenever there are problems that need to be confirmed or resolved, they will inform the guests in advance and agree with the guests. The lads in the lobby are young, energetic and good-mannered, and will volunteer if they need help when there is a lot of luggage. The hotel has a very diverse range of breakfasts. During a few days of staying, I tasted all kinds of food overall clean and delicious. There is no such thing as a particularly poor texture. The big sister who makes the pasta will be patient to ask about your food preferences and will actively recommend ingredients for a combination. I recommend trying the specialty products in the store.
The whole hotel is clean and comfortable, next to the international convention and exhibition center, walking directly to the exhibition stroll. A street downstairs is the park green belt, which is convenient to walk over after dinner. On the other side of the hotel is a residential area, making it easy to buy fruit and food at night. Buying an out-of-the-box meal can vary widely, but it can usually be delivered to the hotel in 30-40 minutes. The hotel lobby manager described Xiao Zhang (probably named Zhang Wei) as very attentive and attentive to service, basically being responsive to requests, and patiently explaining problems if they encountered them.

Right in front of Metro exit B, which you can use to crossover to exit A that comes out in front of District 2, and then you can walk the connection bridge at L3 to District 1 where you can look at accessories or cute things that girls like.

KKaiKezaWe got there with no online reservation, and the stuff didn’t care for us at all, they treated us poorly like they didn’t see us, no good customer service at all.
We went out and made reservation online (trip.com) and when we came back in everything was different, they were nice and the check-in process was very quick.
The room was clean (except the bathtub).
One of the rooms, had a living room without chairs.
The bed was really comfortable.
The view was ok (but we didn’t come for the view).
Overall it was ok, but I was disappointed on how we were treated just because we didn’t book the rooms online.
