The hotel is amazing, clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and so kind. I do really enjoy my stay in the hotel. The bath room is super clean.

Located near to Rail Tracks. Can heard the trains passby. Coffee machine at the lobby 24/7 is a big plus. Overall a good stay in this hotel. Recommended.

The property was located within walking distance to the JR, Yokohama blue subway and Minatomirai lines. There is also a self service drinks station available at the hotel lobby round the clock.

Vety easy to find, amenities are complete, lounge is also very nice with free drinks and biscuits. The bed was very comfortable.

Small room and the toilet has foul smell ! Location very good. Bonus for the 3 highest floor guests is there is a free snack bar lounge.

Am most appreciative to their counter staff. Wonderfully thoughtful and helpful especially Mr. Kenichiro Yabu, Duty Manager whom extended much assistance and humorous approaches. His English is wonderfully fluent and his vast general knowledge indeed offers customer much comfort as to what action would be best to tackle (Typhoon) and extending booking of room when most hotel are heavily booked. At the same, Mr. Durga Bahadur Nepali Service Executive also extended much assistance whom I sincerely would like to say a "big Thank You". -Facilities: Friendly & very accommodating - Food: More than I can express but the face of one gentleman looks much intense . Overall, I give a thumb-up and good-job to what I experience of all my stay - Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto & Nagoya. I would highly recommend this Hotel to whom would like to seek at Yokohama. Greatly appreciated.

Very nice and super clean hotel. The room is a little small but it’s so cozy and clean and I love the cute chairs. Very convenient to the stations. Highly recommended hotel.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Far East Village Yokohama, the room has enough space , clean and well maintained. We stroll out a good 15-20 mins to find food and restaurants . And find the air cabin interesting in the evening. We crossover we see Hard Rock Cafe & Shake Shack Burgers! The hotel is easy to locate and train station sakuragicho is nearby 5 mins walk. I love that there is complimentary coffee, teas and some evenings biscuits . Though we didnt manage to try the breakfast out but I heard the laksa noodle is good!! Great service and helpful front desk .

Staff were great, I booked the wrong weekend and they sorted the issue out within minutes and found me a room. Would definitely go back the buffet breakfast is great as well for the price.

Good location, good staff, clean, nice room, great breakfast, only one minor complaint, no bottled water in the room, but that aside, excellent 👌

A very good hotel with great location- near the bus stops and tube station. Rooms are clean and rather spacious. Friendly staff and tasty bath supplies.

Location location location I chose this hotel for its location and it does not disappoint. Easy to get to from haneda Airport. Close to the station for trips down to enoshima or kanazawa
