The hotel is very good. We called before we arrive 30 minutes asking for a free service pickup at Furong railway station. He replied right away and gave instruction to us where to wait. They also upgraded the room for us with welcome fruits and simple breakfast. The room is very good with great view. When we leave, he also gave us a souvenir and arrange taxi for us back to railway station. Really appreciate the services and kindness to us.

Beautiful view, room was very clean and spacious and the hotel staff service was great. Train stations drop offs and pick ups were included which made it extra convenient.

Great stay in a brilliant location, we booked the room with a balcony and it was great, very clean and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and offered us a free drink upon arrival, tasty fruit on the second night, and took us to the train station. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful, call in advance for pick up service if needed. Although there is not much around the hotel but they also do drop off and pick up right by the ancient old town which is super helpful

The hotel has a shuttle service and will take you to and from the station, so it's very convenient to get there. You can also communicate with them via WeChat, so even if you don't understand the language, it's not inconvenient to make a reservation.
The hotel is located near the Tuwang Bridge, which is very convenient.
However, there are people singing on the bridge until around 11pm, so it's very noisy and you can't relax.
The room environment is not well cleaned and some parts are unsanitary. There is trash left on the floor and sofa, the glass and touch panel are covered with fingerprints, and there is dust everywhere. The sheets are relatively clean and are within the acceptable range.
The plumbing is poor, with the sink and toilet draining poorly, and the sewage smell rising up, which is unpleasant.
The rice noodles for breakfast are served after 8am and brought to the room, but they have a strong flavor and are easy to eat.
The room is not very clean considering the price, but the shuttle service and location are decent, it is acceptable within the scenic area, and it is convenient because you can return to your room quickly.

This hotel provides free shuttle service from Fenghuang highspeed railway station. Upon arriving, lady boss came to the main entrance of the scenic area to pick us up. We had to drag our heavy luggage about 100m to reach the hotel. It was well located inside the scenic area. Very quiet at night and we wouldn’t be disturbed by the tourists at all. Our room is located on the highest floor with a balcony overseeing the view of Furong town. Our room came with a mahjong table and we fully utilised it at night before sleeping. Room was clean. Lady boss also assisted us to book shuttle taxi to the railway station the next working day (self paid). Overall, would recommend this hotel for those who preferred quieter space.

The room was clean and immaculate. They added a personal touch by escorting us to the room and leaving a bowl of fruits and some little snacks. Only gripe (and it was minor), was that the big bottle of body wash was virtually empty. We could have asked for a top-up but didn’t. The view from the balcony, which we had to pay extra for, was simply gorgeous. We sat out there till late in the night. The staff were courteous. The auntie ( not sure how one should address an elderly person in China) was fabulous, always smiling, always courteous. She easily got an A* for service from us. Overall, we are happy to recommend this place.

Great service and great views! You can’t see the waterfall from this hotel exactly but the views of the bay are even better. This may be the best location in the area just because it’s further away from the common foot paths of tourists. Our room didn’t have a great view and the hotel manager swapped us out for no problem! The breakfast is simple but satisfying to start your next day!

We enjoyed our stay at Twang Palace Babutang. They picked us up when our taxi called them. If not, we might be lost finding the hotel. So, please contact the hotel when you are staying with them. They also fetch us to the train station after we check-out. The views at our hotel room, overlooking the waterfall and the surrounding places was priceless. We took a lot of photos. We were lucky to have a good night sleep as the mosquito did not disturb us.

Despite the language barrier, he answered all our questions and helped us with everything we needed. Super kind and friendly, he even drove us to the station for free! Highly recommended.

They also include the transfer from the station to the hotel for free, you just have to let them know in advance, they also sell the tickets for Furong a little cheaper than at the entrance of the village.
The hotel has an incredible view of the river.100% recommended.

PPaul. SA very cosy hotel run by a very friendly couple. A related restaurant opposite serve reasonably priced and tasty food. Free water refill in lobby, but no bottled water provided. Just outside the ticket office, maybe 150m. Free pickup and drop off at high speed train station. Good clean small inn.

GGuest UserThis one need to walk down the stone pedestrian road, no lifts but staff try to make out to this by helping us with our luggage, they provide free pick up from the HSR station, once we enter the room the view is mesmerizing really glad we chose this hotel, breakfast was soup noodle which the broth is delicious and seated right beside the window breeze with nice view from the streams

EElenaThe hotel is right by the waterfall, the staff helped us book an excursion to the red rocks directly from the train railway station with a driver who met us at the train railway station, waited while we looked at the rocks and then took us to the hotel (to the pedestrian zone). Thank you very much! Unfortunately, when we were there, there was almost no waterfall, because it dried up. And unfortunately, the staff does not speak English at all, so I had to use a translator. But we like it anyway and can recommend it to other travellers.
