The price is affordable, the environment is nice, it's close to the city center, and the breakfast is good. However, there is no elevator, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs themselves.

A very suitable B&B. I booked a room with a bathroom. The price was a little expensive, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfast was very warm and the waitress was very nice~ You can also store your luggage. The location seems remote, but York is not big and it is quite convenient to walk around. It is within walking distance to the train station, the entrance to the city wall, Minster and the butcher's street. Attached are photos of the surrounding environment~

Located in the city center, close to attractions, but far from the train station, about 30 minutes walk. Stayed in the hotel for 4 consecutive days. The first 2 days were connected to the bathroom, and the last 2 days were independent bathrooms, that is, the bathroom was outside the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient, but it was clean and comfortable. The stairs were narrow, and the breakfast was a meal, which was delicious but small.
