Very beautiful hot spring hotel. Japanese-style rooms have small gardens and private baths, and there are also indoor rooms. A good experience, but the location is a bit remote, so self-driving is more suitable. recommend.

It seems that the request added on trip.com will not be seen, so the shuttle bus was not reserved at first. But after calling the local area, the hotel treated us very kindly and picked us up at the station immediately, which was quite heartwarming. The hotel staff will introduce the surrounding shops and business hours, so I didn't make a reservation for dinner at that time, so I went to a nearby small store to buy take-out food to take back to the room. I personally prefer areas with a quiet environment, and the courtyard of Yufu no Sai is very beautiful, so we are very satisfied. My room type has an outdoor hot spring and an indoor hot spring. The room is fully equipped and has hot water heated in advance. Overall, I feel very comfortable! Highly recommended

First of all, the check-in experience was very good. The aunt at the front desk squatted next to me the whole time and used a translator to help me introduce the various facilities of the hotel. Because I was traveling alone, she specially took me to the most beautiful place in the yard to take pictures for me, and arranged a car to deliver me afterward. I went out to play and was picked up at the door as soon as I came back. In the evening, she helped me adjust the bathing pool before leaving. The toiletry bag I was given was rich in content beyond imagination. Auntie was very considerate and patient throughout the whole process. Next, let’s talk about the room. I booked an attic with a courtyard for bathing. The bath is very comfortable. If you feel the water is cold, you can turn on the hot water to adjust the water temperature at any time. The small window in the attic bedroom upstairs forms a natural small painting on the wall. It is different. The scenery seen from different angles and different lights is different. The Japanese people’s design of borrowing scenery is really thoughtful. Finally, I would like to say that Yufuin is really worth staying for one night. Don’t come and go in a hurry. There are many wonderful things here that you can experience slowly~

Nice service

Very comfortable ryokan a short drive from the train station and bus station. We were picked up at the train station and were warmly greeted at the inn. Our room was spacious and had a very pleasant outdoor bath. It was very relaxing sitting in the bath listening to rainfall on the wooden cover. Nice toiletries provided. Beds were comfortable and provide a good nights sleep. Dinner was sukiyaki with excellent wavy along with delicious appetizers and a dessert. The Japanese breakfast was also excellent. The staff here are outstanding and made us feel right at home the whole time. Reluctantly we had to move on after one night but an extended stay here while visiting the area would have been very enjoyable.
