Absolutely loved our Holiday here - Rooms always kept clean - towels and sheets changed every day. Pool is excellent and kept really, really clean. The walk down to the beach is immediate so brilliant and this was the quiet end of the beach which we needed - really hard working staff.

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Was told we weren’t allowed to talk after 10pm and no smiling allowed. Terrible rooms, the shower wasn’t working and the air con made us all ill. The breakfast consisted of rotten eggs and stale bread with off pieces of ham. DO NOT STAY HERE. People reserve sun loungers for the week and even if you go down at 8am for a sun lounger there’s towels left overnight. I got physically pushed by one of the “regulars “ for being on his usual sunbed and the owner said there was nothing he could do. I would’ve rather have slept on the beach than this awful hotel.

The place is old, the owner is "grinch", on breakfast most horrible coffee that I have in my life, eggs overcooked, very cheap, sour bacon, milk (looks like) mixture with water. Charge for everything (except fridge). Bathroom not clean and linking water, on WC we open back to flash. If you spend almost nothing time on hotel is OK, otherwise it's not OK. But it great located on great beach and perfect see.

Absolutely terrible! The owner was extremely rude, the air conditioning and the safe each cost 10 euros/day, the safe being at the reception, the rooms were filthy, when we got there, there was junk under the bed, the water in the shower and tap was salted water, the breakfast....i won't even start...the whole place was a mess, and on top of everything, the cleaning lady stole a few things from my luggage! 😡 she was also seen in other rooms looking through guests luggages and private stuff!!!! If i could, i wouldn't even give it 1 star. Will not return here.

Very disappointed with this hotel every morning at 7am the cleaner came in never changed the towel and one day she took my sheet of me whilst I was sleeping and threw a new one on me , then every day the creepy old man would stand in the door and just stare at everyone sat by the pool , he also shouted at me and told me to go to my room because I was drinking a bottle of water by the pool , extremely disgusting hotel ran by some disgusting men would rather sleep on the beech next time over this awful so called hotel

Don’t ever come here it is the worst thing we ever did. The owner and staff are all awful and rude. The cleaners don’t clean at all and they just walk in at 7am and don’t change towels or bedsheets. There were orange stains all over the bath and you had to hold the shower head. If you eat or drink anything anywhere near the pool the owner shouts at you and makes you go back to your room. They are all very unwelcoming as they just glare at you all the time and stand at the door and watch you come inside. Would never go back even if you payed me. Probably better it closed down.

When we arrived we were met with a cold, hostile man. We were talking at a normal volume and he immediately started telling us off for about 5 minutes explaining that we weren’t allowed to make any noise or the police would be called. The whole time he would try milk us for all our money - said we couldn’t sit in the lounge area unless every single person bought something even though there were no other guests around?Not as if we were causing them to loose other customers…cause the food was vile anyways. Also, he made us pay for a glass the was blown over by the wind. The other man at the desk yelled at me for knocking on my room door but the next night pestered me for a kiss..CREEP!! THEN, we were attacked by another hotel guest and informed him and he laughed in our face. On the last day the first man demanded we pay €25 for getting a bit of tan on the bed sheets.. it comes out in the wash which we explained but he refused to give us our passports back and threatened to call the police.

( AVOID THIS HOTEL) Came here last week with 7 of my mates and had the worst experience ever. The hotel was very expensive for the poor room conditions and location. The staff were rude and unhelpful. You can’t speak in the hotel without getting shouted for being ‘too loud’ and therefore getting threatened to be kicked out. The cleaner cleaned our room and pretended they couldn’t find out towels then charged us £50. Do not come to this hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had !!!

My time here was By far the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel.From being told off for asking why my room doors didn’t close too being charged for 42 euros for 2 towels that were (lost) but when we told the owner that they were simply in the wardrobe he said he didn’t care and that the money had to be paid.I’ve never wrote anything on here before but I’m doing this to stop anyone who’s going on a lads or girls holiday away to zante avoid this prison cell. There is no music allowed even in your room you can’t play it as you will get a nock on your door to turn it off. We used the hotel just for sleeping after the first day as we knew that it would ruin our holiday staying there all day. cheese and ham for your breakfast or 6 euros for a drink which cost you 3 at the shop next door this place will never see me again!

Stayed in this hotel 10th-17th July with 6 mates. The staff were rude to us as soon as we arrived and very argumentative, felt more like a prison camp than a hotel. We were fined 50 euros for losing a towel and a bed sheet, despite finding both under our bed and giving them back. Don’t coke to this hotel if you want to be told ‘not to smile’ or to shutup constantly. I wasn’t allowed to drink a bottle of water around the pool because I’d not bought it from the hotel. In the week our towels were replaced once and rooms cleaned once. Overall an awful stay mainly down to the way we were treated by staff, others in the hotel said they were being treated in the same manner.

This hotel was absolutely shocking and I can not believe it is still up and running. It was disgusting and dirty and literally unsleepable. The doors didn’t lock properly so as two young girls we felt very unsafe. There was mould on the walls the shower was wrapped in tape which was covered in mould and it was just very unhygienic. The man on reception was very odd and strange and just plain rude. He came across very confrontational over anything we said. He argued with us that we didn’t have a room and why we are even staying there, then it was over the tax he tried to charge us more, he then said to my friend she has a lot of money in her purse which was very odd and then took our passports and pretended he never had them and how many we passports we have?? It was all very strange. Avoid this hotel at all costs it was disgusting.

We have just returned from a two week holiday at this great hotel. The beach is literally on your doorstep and the sea is sandy underfoot. Cannot understand all the negative reviews on trip advisor. We had our room cleaned daily,towels changed 3-4 times per week. Hotel was clean and pool cleaned every morning. Yannis the owner was quite but very accommodating and looked after us really well. This was one of the best holidays we have had. Thank you to Yannis and your team. Looking forward to return soon.

Me and my family have been staying here every year for 10+ years and would never go anywhere else! Lovely staff, so accommodating, clean and everything you need! Would never stay anywhere else! Breakfast is beautiful and have the best club sandwich at lunch time! Will continue to come here for many more years to come.

To be honest I have mixed feelings about the hotel. The location of the hotel is simply perfect and the beaches are also beautiful. Well maintained and clean rooms are another plus. Unfortunately, the positive points ends here. Several days in a row there were loud parties in the other rooms. We alerted the reception staff several times. He was probably the least helpful person from the hotel. His biggest concern was how to collect a fee for beach umbrellas belonging to the hotel. The breakfast was very poor, the same thing every day consisting of cheese, pastries and boiled eggs. No vegetables and pastries are always counted by the staff. Air conditioning for a rather high fee of 9 EUR per day.

Never in my life recommend this hotelI would never in m to anyone. I've lived there for a week and it was the worst stay at a hotel I've ever been to. Very rude staff. The staff just want a tip or for you to buy food or drink from them. If you don't, you will be invisible to them and will talk crap about you in their language. It all started with the fact that there is no wifi in the room but only down in the lobby. So you have to sit there to get wifi. Then one of the men comes there and mumbles something in his language that we should buy someone to sit there. After this you have received strange looks that they do not appreciate that you have booked a hotel with them. The woman with the black curly hair is hideous. I was going to buy ice cream from them and wanted to pay then she just sat on a chair and refused to let me buy ice cream just because you haven't bought any from them on the whole trip. I stood and waited for 10 minutes while she just sat on the chair. I asked kindly if she could take payment but and refused. Then I put the ice cream back in the freezer and went to a store instead. The air-conditioning does not work well in the hotel rooms. you cannot have it lower than 24 degrees. Only hot air comes. It says that there should be a breakfast buffet every day when you book. but it's the cheapest and most boring breakfast I've had. dry bread pieces with cheese or send. egg. some fruit egg and jucie. this breakfast is every day. Not what I call a breakfast buffet. In the Pool there is a lot of sand on the bottom and they did not clean the Pool even once during our stay. I regret my stay at this hotel and see that more customers have had a similar experience.There is only one good thing about this hotel and that is being close to the beach. This is not a three star hotel but a hostel with a sea view.
