Old hotel.pool is dirty you can see green stuffs at the side of the pool.room service for food they have long list but not available despite ordering at late noon.Order burger but the food is not good sorry.

Location is great. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer from Zamboanga Airport which is licated 5 minutes away. The receptionists were courteous and nice. Quick check in procedure. The room was old and the bathtub is not cleaned thtoughly as I saw some hair. The screw ar the handle at the bathtub was loose and it could be dangerous. No complimentary warer bottle provided in room.

I found the front desk not that accommodating. I inquired regarding the airport transportation and the reservation agent I spoke to have this tone of voice like she is irritated to accommodate our request. Will probably consider a different hotel once we go back in Zambaonga.

There was no hot water in the shower. Felt cold when taking shower. We requested that we did not want any housekeeping service. Hotel staff just did the opposite. We requested to speak to the manager, no one ever called back. This hotel is no longer at the same standard as before. Something wrong with the hotel management.

The hotel service, location and cleanliness are all excellent except for the wi-fi or poor internet connection. I booked a De Luxe hotel for my parents who are seniors so they can relax and enjoy watching fave movies, series, browse internet while resting and most importantly that we can easily connect to check them thus, the room has a poor wifi connection. Both were unable to use wifi during their 5 day stay and need to use their own data. They can connect to hotels wifi but need to go near the room door, least expected to a De Luxe Room. We were expecting that they will have a good wifi connection as its a De Luxe Room and an expensive room. Kindly improve your internet connection especially to your senior guests who wish to chill and relax only and can no longer use other amenities for their safety. Thank you.
