Location was good and room was big but unfortunately did not get a replenishment of bath amenities

The location is good and the view is beautiful. But the front desk is quite mean and unwilling to deal with Chinese people. I personally feel a little discriminatory. You are not allowed to splash water on the floor when taking a shower. The facilities are very old and the room is a bit dusty. But there are a lot of Koreans in this hotel, and there are tour groups. I feel surrounded.

The hotel has a history of more than 100 years, but the room is well decorated and cleaned. You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast is quite rich, with fresh fruits and delicious bread.

The hotel's location is right on the main road of the town's pedestrian street, making travel very convenient. The hotel is a traditional building so the interior is a bit old, but it has been renovated. There are not many choices for breakfast but it can still fill your stomach. The check-out time is relatively rigid and there is no way to extend it. It is also possible that the rooms will be fully booked in the next few days, so we can only check out early because of our tight schedule. It's a pity that the room rate is high but you can't experience anything. Although it is a starry sky room, the attic window is very small. Not much to see. When in Zermatt, you still have to walk outside and enjoy the scenery!
