Hotel Butterfly ★★★
"The hotel's concept (butterfly pattern) was cute and lovely. In the evening, there was a free afternoon tea time where we could enjoy homemade cakes and drinks freely, which was really nice!"
3100 Kulmhotel Gornergrat ★★★
"Stunning views."
Hotel Jägerhof ★★★
"Room was a good size and has everything you can need. Hotel is in a quiet area and has a pizza place right round the corner which we patronised daily :) Would go back again!"
Hotel Schwarzsee ★★★
"This was the perfect winter stay if you're looking to visit Zermatt strictly for skiing! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but plan to only ski and stay in the Hotel if you're staying there since you can't leave once the gondola closes around 4PM. Lovely dinners and the perfect view of the Matterhorn!"
Zermatt Youth Hostel ★★
"Great location and nice views. The service was excellent! Remember to store your luggage at the train station, as there are many slopes around the hotel, and carrying your bags can be quite tiring."
Hotel Continental ★★★
"Nice rooms and friendly staff."
Hotel Tannenhof ★★★
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tannenhof in Zermatt. The location was excellent, peaceful, scenic, and very convenient for exploring Zermatt and the Matterhorn area. The views around the hotel were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. You can definitely see the matterhorn from the restaurant, only if the sky is clear. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from check-in until check-out and were always willing to assist whenever needed. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our honeymoon trip. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after long days of sightseeing and hiking around Zermatt. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with fresh bread, pastries, coffee, and other essentials to start the day well. The overall experience felt very warm and authentic Swiss-style."
Hotel Ambiance ★★★
"Very recommended!! Will come back again ! Very unique and clean.."
Peaky Riders Self Check-in Hotel ★★
"I'm very satisfied with the price of this stay in Zermatt. The window is open and the breeze outside is very cool. Everything is self-service, which is very suitable for me! It's a ten-minute walk from the city center, which is acceptable."

Schweizerhof Zermatt - a Small Luxury Hotel
"Pretty good, quite nice."
Mont Cervin Palace
"Very good, you can apply for a horse carriage, remember to tip"
Cervo Mountain Resort
"We had a great experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed, with thoughtful details like binoculars and a hiking backpack. The spa is one of the best I’ve visited in the Alps, and the food was truly outstanding. We loved both Madre Nostra and Bazaar for lunch and dinner. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay feel extra special."
Grand Hotel Zermatterhof
"The room is very nice. The location is excellent. You can see the Matterhorn mountain view, sunrise and sunset. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is not far from the train station, about 500 meters, but it is all uphill. The hotel itself has a shuttle bus, but I didn't know it when I booked the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage for several hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the train. The breakfast was okay. The service staff was satisfactory. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, and a few bottles of water were given. There were free soft drinks in the minibar, but alcohol was charged. However, unlike other hotels, it would not be stated what was free and what needed to be paid. I still called the front desk to find out. I think this should be improved. It is more warm to have free chocolates and red wine. Overall, it was not bad. The deduction was that the items mentioned above were not written very clearly."
Silvana Mountain Hotel
"Couldn't fault this hotel. Everything was perfect. Location was the best in zermatt. It was ski in ski out. Lovely room with great view. Really enjoyed the food. They really looked after you. I couldn't find one of my gloves on the first day and thought I must have left it at home. But they lent me a glove so I could still go out skiing the first day rather than having to spend the time going to shops to find a comfortable pair of gloves. That evening I found my glove. Service is amazing."
Beausite Zermatt
"The rooms were very clean. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and there was even a spa. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was also delicious, considering it was a Swiss hotel. I felt that this hotel was of a very high standard for a hotel in Zermatt."
Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa
"Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow."
Hotel National Zermatt
"Hotel was in an excellent location and the staff couldnt be friendlier! They helped us with reservations on the ski slopes and shared their personal stories with us. Our suite was gorgeous with a view of the Matterhorn that couldn’t be beat. I would send anyone there for an amazing vacation in Zermatt. Not cheap! But worth it!"
Annex Antika
"The location is nice that you can have Matterhorn nice view just a few mins walk from the hotel. Nice breakfast with variety selections too."
Riffelhaus 1853
"This is a must-stay hotel! You get to witness the sunrise and sunset over the Matterhorn up close."
Hotel Antika

Hotel Daniela
"It is an excellent experiences, exceeding out expectation! Will stay in the hotel if we visit Zermatt again."
Hotel Parnass
"Great value for money, clean rooms, and a delicious buffet breakfast. The auntie preparing breakfast even proactively asked if I wanted coffee. The only minor drawback was that the elevator only goes to the first floor, and I was on the second, so I had to manually carry my luggage up one flight of stairs. But overall, I still highly recommend it."
Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt
"Clean and friendly You can drink tap water without any problems, and although it is not a Matterhorn view room, I could see a little bit of it. However, the breakfast has a limited selection of dishes."
Hotel Sarazena
"Great location! In front of the station. Only 100 m can walk about 1-2 mins from the station. Very kindly and nice staff and owner. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and large. It feel like home with staff. I recommend you to stay in this hotel. If I come back Zermatt again, I’ll stay this hotel again. I’m in Snow storm disaster in Zermatt on 17th-19th April 2025. Thank you so much for your kindness to my family in this situation.🙏🏻🙃"
La Couronne Hotel & Spa
"The location is fantastic, right across from two large supermarkets, and the service during my stay was impeccable."
