Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa

We had such a wonderful stay at Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa in Zermatt. ❤️ When we checked in, the reception team kindly upgraded us to a beautiful Matterhorn view room as it was my birthday, which made our stay even more special. Throughout our stay, all the staff were incredibly friendly, polite and welcoming. One of the sweetest moments was when my husband ordered champagne by the pool and mentioned that it was his wife’s birthday. The team was so thoughtful and surprised us with complimentary sweets to enjoy together. 🥂🍰 Such a lovely personal touch! Our room was spacious, charming, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. Everything made us feel so relaxed and well looked after. We absolutely loved our time here and are already planning to come back in winter. ❄️🏔️ I would definitely recommend Le Mirabeau to anyone visiting Zermatt. A truly special hotel with wonderful service and beautiful memories. ❤️

Everything is just perfect here. Location, Staff, Breakfast and Room. We got a free upgrade upon check in.

Great stay, friendly staff, extra mile to pack us breakfast on the go as we r checking by out before the breakfast opening hours. Location is ultra convenient next to the train station. noticed room was entered and lights were left on were switch off when we r not around, although nothing is missing.

Front desk staff is helpful, however the waitress is not helpful and needs to improve. No air conditioning is the big problem in Jun. Towels are not clean and old.

Beautiful resort with awesome facilities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Excellent location. Strongly recommend and we will love to stat there again on our next trip to Zermatt.

Location is good. Near Zermatt station. Easy access to town center. Hotel is good. We book a junior suite with stunning Matterhorn view

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.
