Beautiful Matterhorn views from the spacious balcony. Has a spa underground. Althoug the hotel is just 10min away from the train station, remember to ask for the transit service between the train station and the hotel. Saves you the walk.

They were kind enough to upgrade my room to a mountain view room and it was absolutely amazing, thanks to the weather being perfect. Breakfast buffet had a variety of selections and the food was fresh and yummy. They also provide you with a shuttle service to and from (i only used it for going to the train station because i was not aware this was an option) the train station which was really helpful. Rooms are pretty up to date and clean, I would def come back.

Hotel is in the city centre and situated close to the matterhorn express station and the popular spot for taking pictures of the matterhorn. Their breakfast buffet is amazing. Lot of varieties are available. My room was facing towards the town and the mountains, in the early morning the sunrise is pretty. The only downside was the noise from the streets since there is a bar closeby and if you open the windows, the noise is louder. Otherwise the room is soundproof.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Zermatt and was really happy with the overall experience. The location was one of the biggest highlights. The hotel is in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore Zermatt and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was also great to be so close to the river and some of the popular photo spots, while still having a relatively quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with enough space to relax after a long day of exploring the mountains. Everything was well maintained, and the hotel had a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was despite being in a convenient location. It was easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after spending the day walking around Zermatt. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The location, cleanliness, spacious room, and peaceful atmosphere made it a great choice for visiting Zermatt. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Zermatt.

No shuttle bu

I gave this hotel 10/10. Wasn’t cheap with breakfast included but worth very penny. Single is big enough and there is a simple kitchen at -1 floor. Breakfast was awesome I really enjoyed. Definitely come back again.

Fantastic hotel room, comfortable, spacious & with good view though not facing Matterhorn. Hotel staff are all very friendly & welcoming that made our stay relax and memorable
