Moreover, when I ordered a bed of 1.8 at the beginning, I was actually given a bed of 1.5. The double room also did not replace the remaining toothbrush packaging used by the previous guest. There was no toothbrush left, so I just left a toothpaste. I found it out before going to bed at night. I was really speechless. The toothbrushes and pillows in the double bed room are single-serve. Except for the roll paper in the toilet, there is not a single piece of paper in the room. The most important thing is that there is a front desk phone in the room, but there is no landline. I can encounter several problems a day and have to call it on my own mobile phone. It is recommended to check if there is anything missing in the room. It is really inconvenient. The room is not soundproof. When checking out, the front desk did not even look at it. He handed it to her and did not accept it. He put it aside. The hygiene is okay, but the service is really bad.

前台沒有服務意識，從入住到離店沒有聽到一句問候，離店時甚至頭都不抬，到底是服務管理要求低還是對工作人員沒有服務要求？訂了1.8m床的房間，住的是1.5m床，房型都不一樣，哪怕沒同樣的房型了前台不應該跟客人解釋一下嗎，因為挺晚了我就沒提，前台也不説！空調製熱效果不好，開了半天都不出熱風，總之整體非常一言難盡，很差很失望！
