房東很好説話，聯繫也及時回覆，感覺很負責。住處地理位置很好，很靠近城中心，逛街吃飯都很方便，空調還有各種設施配備都很完整，衞生也很好，值得入住！

首先，老闆很熱情，從我訂民宿開始，加了老闆微信，老闆很熱心地介紹了張家界的景點，及時解答問題；其次是入住之前，由於當天早上下暴雨，天門山很大的霧，老闆還是建議我們去一下，結果上山後霧散了，看到了美景，很棒；再就是民宿附近就是一個商場，還有小吃街，可以去逛逛吃吃，離72奇樓也比較近；房間乾淨整潔，還有很多小擺件，而且由於我們人多，需要一個人睡沙發，老闆還給我們準備了毛毯，非常貼心。nice
