Overall, very satisfied, especially since the kids loved it. Having a washing machine, dryer, and even a rooftop area to hang clothes makes it super convenient for family trips.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. Booking tickets through the hotel was very affordable. The accommodation is super close to Dongmen, and there's free parking right outside. They even provide complimentary bottled water, and the room rate offers excellent value for money.

The hotel's location right by the bridge was super convenient for getting to all the sights. What really stood out was the front desk staff, especially the guy who gave us such clear explanations on how to buy tickets and even helped us plan our two-day itinerary for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which made our trip go so smoothly! The hotel's buffet breakfast was amazing, with both Chinese and Western options, providing us with plenty of energy for our daily excursions 😊. The only slight downside was that the weather was very humid, and the bedding felt a bit damp, but everything else was spot on!

Rented a queen room for me and husband, and a triple single bed room for our 3 teenagers. Very clean rooms, modern insuite toilet and shower, free laundry machine on site. Morning buffet breakfast for 10 yuan (under $3 Canadian) which was a great deal. Staff, especially Chen, were super friendly and accommodating. They helped us organize our activities for Zhangjiajie Canyon (you can purchase tickets/admissions through them). Absolutely no pressure and they give good advice. That made all the difference! And the hotel is located in an area full of shops and restaurants! Highly recommend! Thanks, Chen!

We stayed here for 3nights, and it was one of the best hotels we stayed in China. Location is really nice close to all restaurants. Room is spacious and clean, the building could be a bit old but it’s well maintained(have lift). Chen helped us all tour plans including getting tickets(without fee) and routes. Speak good English and they also have amazing translator too! Free-laundry and free-cold water from refrigerator. Also nice warm home-made breakfast included! Strongly recommend here 👍

Worry not, they speak English perfectly and have a translator if you not an English speaker(French,Korean, etc)I felt loved and taken care of as a solo traveler😊very kind reception. If you plan on visiting the mountains they help with bookings and give you one on one instructions on how to enjoy and navigate the mountains at the same rates no added charge.I loved it sooo much I got to see all major spots.I was given complimentary breakfast(western and Chinese )Very lively environment with board games. The location is the best…it’s next to the river,and 5minutes walk to the gate of Zhangjiajie forest park so you don’t waste taxi money from corner to corner…the theatre is 10mins walk.The rooms are very clean and everyone is friendly and help you load your laundry as there is a washer and dryer. I planned to stay for 2 days but ended up staying 5good days.Good energy. Thank you for the souvenir.

What an amazing Place to stay at! The Reception was soo accommodating, spoke very good english, and was always trying to help. They help you with your bookings, and also ordered a Taxi for me as i had a very early Train to catch. They even prepared some Breakfast because of that reason. Would highly recommend!!!!

The owner and front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making you feel right at home. From the owner to the cleaning staff, everyone greeted us with smiles and proactively helped with our luggage – the experience was fantastic. The owner personally recommended travel routes, and the staff even remembered the small detail of offering an umbrella on a rainy day. Truly thoughtful!

The best time in the national park

Very sweet and helpful staff, helped us out with everything we needed, very nice rooms and would definitely come back, would recommend to everyone, very good location, close to all the parks and has everything that you need in the lobby, provides literally everything. Has beautiful views right outside too

The front desk staff were super enthusiastic, proactively recommending travel tips, and even came to pick us up when we couldn't find our way. The hotel room was spacious, and the breakfast was quite abundant; they even provided a complimentary breakfast for our child!

It's a 30-minute walk to Dongmen and a 20-minute walk to the bus station. Luoxi River is right outside the door. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The room size is small, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy. They offer free bottled water and free use of the washing machine and dryer. The window faces the room window of the guesthouse next door.

When I visited Zhangjiajie, I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel. It was clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent.

The best hotel we stayed at during our trip! The location is perfect, the hotel is spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really made our stay special was the amazing reception staff. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the different sightseeing routes and attractions in the area, which helped us make the most of our visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed!
