Great hotel, exactly where we needed to stay to work with Damin, but the room smelled like smoke and my room definitely smelled like piss when I first walked in. Once the fan was turned on it was better.

Adfordable 5 star hotel in Zhangzhou with a shopping center connected to it. Helpful staff who helped us book airport bus for early morning departure. nice breakfast too.

Many places for food of both lower n higher ends one. A bit of a distance to the city central. Big shopping mall next door.

Front Desk service was a bit slow. Hotel at good location with many eateries and retail shops nearby.

Overall, quite happy with the stay because Wanda Shopping mall just next to it. It has a 5-star hotel lobby, room is spacious too. The washroom is not so ideal because it has too many glass structure. The service is just average. My husband was stopped by a security guard to wait outside the hotel for the tenant to come down and collect their stuff. He then informs the guard that he stays here.

Byron’s English is excellent, and he was so helpful and gave me a wonderful upgrade. I recommend this hotel and please talk with him. He’s so helpful!

I can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it. Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned. Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in any way. The rooms are super large and clean, it has a bathtub inside. The bed is very large and comfy. Cannot recommend it enough.

Decent location, proximity to ancient city and bihu ecological park. Also right beside a shopping plaza and a food street. Fitness Room one of the best equipped ive seen for a hotel, with a separate yoga room. A comfortable 2 night stay.
