老牌酒店 正常看到都會直接選擇 環境：家庭出遊開了三間都是新裝修的房 設施都很新房間也很大 床也軟 還有茶台可以泡茶 廁所也有浴缸 鏡子也大 光 乾淨都有豪華的感覺、床也軟硬適中、大堂雖然很久了但是還是很好看 錦鯉也好多～ 服務：酒店整體員工沒有真的是皇冠的感覺、很多沒有工作經驗的感覺、客人提出問題 基本一問三不知 直接説不知道（客人住酒店問酒店設施問題前台不知道説問經理、經理回電話答不知道 那…？所以客人問題就能解決了？）一個房間電話都用不了 、一個房間空調衹能開到21.5（熱到半夜都睡不着）、然後解決不了也沒個抱歉啥的🥹酒店設施及人員瞭解方面真的需要提升一下 設施：外賣衹能自己下去門口拿、沒有人員或者機器人配送 真的老是點外賣的年輕人跑N個來回🔁 衞生：衞生還是做的很可以的 就是新房間淋浴房真的要完善一下 長者家不懂也反應不過來給對頭淋了幾次 那個開水裝置真的要改一下出水閥哪裡簡單化一些

I flew to Zhanjiang as I wanted. The strategy said it was the best to live in Xiashan District. I chose this newly opened hotel and found that this brand belongs to Ctrip.
