The room was very clean, but the pillow had two high pillows, no short ones, and it took about 3 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hair dryer blew twice and there was a burning smell, and the front desk asked the robot to send a new one. The shower in the bathroom is non-removable and very hygienic

第一次這麼認真評論酒店。 1.地理位置： 出門就是地鐵站，非常方便，到鄭州站大概三十分鐘。 2.酒店環境： 沒關注細節，但整體都很乾凈，而且我備註不要角落房，工作人員也做到了；鏡子就在洗手池那邊，甚至刷牙的一次性杯子還套了一次性袋子，很細心，非常適合我這種不愛用酒店杯子的人。（不過少個全身鏡，有時候穿衣服想看個整體搭配）馬桶是智能的，坐墊還是加熱的，讓人心暖暖的~拖鞋底子不薄，稍微帶點厚度，很不錯（就是少了洗澡用的那種涼拖鞋）還有就是！！廁所的紙質量很不錯，和其他酒店薄薄的都不一樣。再就是：枕頭不是軟的，而是帶點硬度的，很好睡，倒頭就睡；以及空調雖然對着床，單人間安了一個擋風的東西，所以睡覺開空調就不會吹的太冷。 3.酒店服務： 早上七點左右辦理入住，工作人員也在。因為酒店是自助式服務，我第一次住不會，人家是手把手教的。而且我們兩個人住，給了兩張房卡！！（沒想到終於有一天可以一個人出去買東西，另一個人待酒店不用關燈）很方便，我真是太喜歡了。 我比較注重細節，我感覺他們細節做的都很好，讓我感覺是我目前住的最好的酒店（來過鄭州好幾次了） 希望酒店能一直保持這樣的服務和環境質量，下次還來住這裏！（對了，走的時候還送伴手禮。大廳有洗衣機和微波爐，不過我還沒用過） 不要忘記初心啊老闆！！！

The room photos matched the actual room. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the high-speed rail station, very close to both the station entrance and exit. There's a convenience store and several restaurants nearby, making dining easy. The complimentary soy milk and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. Check-out was extended to 2 PM at the customer's request. This was my first time staying in a self-service hotel; the front desk was present during check-in and check-out, so I didn't get to try the self-service system. I'll try it next time. The price is slightly higher than expected for a hotel in its price range, but considering the many advantages, it's acceptable. Overall, I'm satisfied.
