The room was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent ventilation, so it never felt stuffy. I also appreciated the pleasant scent. I especially loved the huge 2-meter bed and the 2 PM late check-out. The service from both the front desk and housekeeping was great, ensuring I had a truly relaxing night. The breakfast spread was extensive. While the pool and gym were a bit crowded, and I wished the changing rooms and pool had been a bit cleaner, the hotel's location right above a subway entrance was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an incredibly good value stay. I was genuinely surprised to receive a 4-star hotel experience for just 188 yuan, all thanks to the industry subsidy from the Zhengzhou municipal government.
The room was very spacious; I even had space to comfortably store my bicycle in a corner, with plenty of room left over, perfect for practicing my exercises. The hotel showed its age a bit, though, as the sink's drainage in the bathroom was poor and could definitely use some updating.
Breakfast was incredibly diverse and plentiful, truly living up to a 4-star hotel's standards. They offered everything you could want: Chinese and Western dishes, fruits, hot and cold beverages, pastries, and salads. The breakfast restaurant itself was very spacious, making it a real pleasure to sit and enjoy the meal.
The surrounding area wasn't ideal, mainly due to ongoing road construction.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway station, and its exterior boasts a unique design. The rooms are fully equipped, and they are quick to address any issues. The stay was very comfortable, with great views from the higher floors. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Chinese style. There's a swimming pool and a gym available. Although these facilities are outsourced, they are free for hotel guests. Be aware that the pool can get quite busy during the summer with children's swimming lessons. I booked this hotel specifically for a concert. I had searched for hotels near the Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center; the Jianguo hotel was the closest but unfortunately fully booked, so this one looked like a good alternative. It was a little noisy, possibly due to a banquet taking place upstairs, but aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

Cleanliness: Excellent. The sheets were freshly changed, and the room had no unpleasant odors.

The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. The front desk staff provided excellent service. I stayed here for a conference, and it was my first time visiting Zhengzhou. The hotel facilities were great, and its location made it very convenient to get around. Upon checking in on the first day, the toilet already had urine stains. I didn't think much of it and just cleaned it myself. What I found most unacceptable, however, was the strong, unpleasant odor throughout the entire floor and in my room. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told it was a carpet issue. I understood it wasn't something that could be fixed right away. The front desk staff proactively offered a room change, but the alternative room didn't meet my needs, so I declined. The front desk then followed up and proactively offered complimentary breakfast. I felt their service attitude was good, so I decided to overlook the issue. I ended up extending my stay for two more days, sleeping for two nights surrounded by that awful smell, which gave me a persistent headache. To top it off, today I was further irritated when a different front desk staff member rudely informed me that breakfast would no longer be provided. My message is: either provide exceptional service, or ensure the cleanliness of the environment. You can't have neither!
