An excellent stay. Very relaxing. Very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Front desk staff English speaking which was muchly appreciated since my Chinese is so terrible. The heated swimming pool was very nice. The breakfast selections were great ! ! ! I'm not a big fan of carpeted rooms, but overall the bathroom area was like new. I would not hesitate to book a stay again next time. Super affordable too. I paid 268 RMB per day which included the awesome breakfast. Thank you to staff at The Aloft in Shangjie.

Yesterday afternoon, I decided to go to Wangcunpo to watch the birds and book. The hotel room is very large. I like the chain hotel when I go out. The bathroom is very convenient for dry and wet partitions. It is clean and there are many places to eat around.

Good location in Shangjie. The check in was a bit awkward due to language barrier, but it was ok. The room was spacious with complementary use of computer. I don't play games though. Wifi was strong. The only downside seemed to be that smoking smell from other rooms can leak to my room and it was unpleasant.
