被安排出差，選擇了河南飯店。入住當天上午就接到侯管家親切的問候，瞭解我對房間的需要，幫我解説到店路線，很暖心。交通便利，地鐵直達，市中心的院子，特別稀缺，到大廳就被大廳的中式風格吸引，整個大廳典雅肅穆，厚重的文化氣息撲面而來。登記入住時是王明慧辦理的，熱情大方，業務熟練速度快。辦理完入住，蘇鳳娟經理看我在瀏覽大廳的剪紙和漢服就主動向我介紹，蘇經理專業的介紹讓我對河南文化和河南飯店有了進一步的瞭解，像到了一個小型博物館，到處都是學問。房間乾淨衞生温馨雅緻，政務型酒店安全感滿滿，早餐也特別豐富。退房時遇到黃琬經理熱情的問候，還送我到大廳外。我衹是訂了一間最普通的房間，從經理到員工真的是很熱情、真心的在服務，整體人員素質都非常高，有被重視的感覺，必須點贊，下次出行首選。平時不愛評價的，這次必須向大家推薦河南飯店。 設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：優美 服務：特別棒

The room is not bad and relatively large. It is convenient to eat nearby and take a taxi. However, the front desk service is not very good. I don't know what I ask and will not provide help to customers. It feels like I can't live here.

奔着衹有河南來的，為了方便早上過去，晚上回來，所以選擇了這家酒店。門口就是衹有河南的接班車，非常方便。然後這家酒店非常的安靜，隔音效果也很好，睡得特別安心 然後就是很乾凈，床品和廁所都很乾凈，用起來很舒心。這裏的保潔阿姨很熱情。 前台的服務很好，辦理入住特別快，特別方便。服務態度真的很熱情，出門玩的時候還會給你打招呼 這裏還有免費停車場，會有工作人員帶着大廳，還有免費的爆米花和零食。 蠻推薦的，大學生一個人來也很安全，很放心

I stayed in a newly opened hotel near Dongming Road, right next to the Yanzhuang subway entrance, and it was very convenient to get around by taking Line 1. The hotel is a national chain of Licheng hotels, with guaranteed services. The room was surprisingly large. Smart customer control is the highlight, as well as a dry and wet separation design. The service staff was attentive and considerate, and the experience was perfect.

Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

This is a very good hotel ,very comfortable room and bed.The bathroom has all washing facilities ,the room cleaner miss wang has good observation and care the clients .Breakfast is delicious ,including Chinese and Europe style. The reception three staffs is perfect， sincere and polite to customers ,李汶遙，劉若楠，劉昆，They are good cooperation team.They lookafter the client friendly and care.Especially 李汶遙 she treat customers very careful like a family junior .she is pretty and lovely in my mind.👍👍🌹🌹.I would come again. The window need to clean although she treated me in a higher flat .still good for watching far but not good for looking close .Maybe l am too picky ,this is another department job.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff was professional and patient, he waited for us to check in at the counter and then bring us to our room with our luggage. We book the room one day before the trip, and try to call them if we couldn’t check in earlier. They prepared the room and we are able to check in straight away upon arrival. Really appreciate this kind gesture when travelling with kids.
