I originally planned to book an Atour Hotel, but I stumbled upon this one. It just opened on August 1st, right next to the Atour, and offers incredible value for money. The front desk was constantly busy, but their service quality never wavered. This was my first stay at a Hanting, and I was very impressed. Chain hotels definitely have their advantages. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xijindu.

The hotel has a very good environment and a strategic location. It is very convenient to travel around. The train station is nearby and you can walk there. The reception service at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can deal with problems in a timely manner and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. The hotel facilities are very complete, including a self-service washing machine and dryer. It is super considerate and a very satisfying stay. The bed in the room is comfortable and the supplies are considerate.

I went to Zhenjiang during the May Day holiday. I booked a deluxe twin room. The room was very quiet. I couldn’t hear the noise outside and the sound of the next door at night. This was very good. The hotel breakfast was also ideal. There were Zhenjiang pot lid noodles and other things that could be full and the price was not expensive. Other requirements for the hotel to respond in a timely manner, the room table is a bit small, others are good, overall satisfaction gives a good review.

Half a month apart, staying at Hanting Zhenjiang Railway Station North Square Store here, it feels the same good! The location is excellent, out of the North Square of the train station, opposite, the surrounding is lively, the bus station is at the door, so convenient! The room is large and clean, soundproofed, air conditioning is strong, dry and wet separation, the bathroom is clean, the bath water is large, very comfortable! The room was very new and clean. It was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was also good. The only fly in the ointment is the problem of personnel training. When we first checked in, the breakfast coupon we were given was written as 505. But when we went to 505, we found that it was a room that someone else had not cleaned up before they checked out. When we asked, we found out that the wrong room number was written for us. We were speechless! And it was later said that two bottles of water would be sent as compensation, but it has not been delivered for a long time. When I asked again, it was sent to the wrong room... I am really speechless. I can only say that the staff training is not in place.
