The room was better than I expected, and it was worth the price! I didn’t have high expectations for traveling during the Spring Festival, but the clean environment around me made me feel completely relaxed. The only drawback was that there weren’t many places to eat, so I had to drive around to find food😆

The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook.
Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly.
The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high.
From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.

It was delicious in the morning and there were several packages to choose from. There is also coffee in the lobby. I asked the front desk and the front desk also gave me a cup of coffee as a gift. The service is really good and I must give it a 5-point rating.

GGuest UserSuperb location! Very convenient with lots of eateries although it is a tiny bit far away from the port but apparently there is direct bus nearby to go back to Hong Kong! Rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is great! Staff are very friendly and helpful! There is also free parking if you are staying in the hotel! Will certainly come back next time and price are very reasonable too!

CChing Yee JeannyWe had a 2 night stay at this hotel by the riverside. This is a traditional US style hotel that meets our expectation. The reception is warm and friendly. Our room has a wonderful view of the river. I enjoy the breakfast buffet which apart from Chinese food, has a large variety of western items.
I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

WWutungThe location is great, in the heart of the Eastern District, downstairs is the busiest business district, restaurants, massage parlors and shopping malls are all a few minutes walk.
The room was smaller than expected. Although it opened in 2023, the facilities in the room are a bit dilapidated, especially the bathroom, which has mold on the edges. The hotel lobby is simple, and the aroma of incense is a bit tacky. When checking in, the front desk attendant was a bit indifferent.
