New Year Park is very lively, but the facilities are relatively old.
The room is purchased together with the ticket, which is very cheap. We came here to rent it for just one night.
Not enough time to play everything, so I stayed one more night. The front desk service is very good. We stayed one more night and took me to see other rooms for renewal.
I gave a few gadgets for the kids to play with. Parking is convenient.

The hotel room is comfortable and convenient.
Just in the sales department of the Fairview International Garden, opposite the third and fourth phases, my family and I rented 2 rooms, 2 in different directions, but there are terraces, it looks beautiful.
New Year relationship, it seems that there is no front desk, you can only call and add WeChat to contact the staff.
In addition, the brand new toilet is only half roll, not enough.
Slippers are recycled, and friends who mind need to bring their own.

The deep and medium passage was opened. A family of four came from Shenzhen. I wanted to book two rooms. The front desk lady called to open a room and lived. I thought it was impossible! I don’t believe it. I went in and saw that the room was really oversized with more than 40 square meters, two 1.5 meter beds, large bathrooms, large floor-to-ceiling windows, washing machine, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenette, cool clothes cage, facilities super intimate, every corner is very clean, relatives are particularly satisfied with the stay, Said that I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. Worth recommending 👍👍👍

Several families booked the whole building, the room was distributed on 3 floors, and the stairs were taken. The highest two floors were public spaces.
The decoration is very careful, the environment is beautiful, and the Chinese ancient style is very good.
The bed is cleaned by the pillow
The shower water is sufficient, but the hot and cold will be affected by the simultaneous use.
The landlord was very friendly and we helped solve the problems of our stay for 3 days. The lobby is also let us use it at night. Recommend multiple families to rent out

Health, I really don't dare to compliment, the bed is OK, the bathroom and cabinets may not be wiped every day, but the price is not so much in the town. But the point is really to talk about this bathroom, the conditions are really bad, not a little bit, forget to take pictures

She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????
However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

OOtautahianNOTE FOR NON-CHINESE: I was able to stay here in the end, but the process was complicated. At check in, guests should scan a QR code and fill in a form that completes the registration process with the local police station. As at December 2023, there was no field for non-Chinese ID. The check in staff told me it wouldn't be a problem, but an hour later I got a phone call from the police telling me registration wasn't complete. Finally, the check in staff and police had to talk twice on the phone, and the police eventually completed the process on their end. I am still not sure whether this was simply an issie with my registration, or if all non-Chinese guests would face the same situation.
The hotel itself is basic but fine: quiet, next to a pretty riverside, about a ten-minute walk from the main pedestrian street.

The first impression while i got to the lobby i was a bit disappointed and afraid that it might not as good as its picture. Because the lobby is quite old and smelly (cigarette)
But when i got into the room, it is very nice. I bet they just renovated the room.
Oh and another plus point is, they have a washing and dryer machine that we can use for free! Staff is also helpful.. housekeeper was friendly.
Overall I recommend this hotel! Location also very strategic. It has many supermarket and near to the night market and shops.
We can get around by pedicab! Which is easier and cheap! I recommend you to pay auntie pedicab to take you tour around the city zhongshan..

GGuest UserThe bedding is clean and comfortable, the mattress is very comfortable, and I slept very well. When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it to the room. In the evening, I sat in this rocking chair here to have afternoon tea and watch the sunset. It was so comfortable. I really like the design of this suite. I will stay here again next time I come to Zhongshan.

There are also many restaurants nearby. The room is relatively large. Basic items are provided. If you need to replenish daily necessities, you can tell the front desk or the auntie.
