Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期。房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果超好，關上窗完全聽不到外面的噪音，床品柔軟。前台的服務尤其讓人暖心，有什麼不滿都會盡可能的給你解決，水壓很足24h都有熱水，馬桶還是電動智能馬桶，甚至還有加熱。下次來中山，肯定還會選擇這裏。

The room very clean and the bed is really huge , so spacious. So sweet that they provide fruits , this is my second time to visit. I must come back as reasonable price with nice hot springs

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? But I didn't say much, and had to carry a bunch of things downstairs to find the front desk again. I asked the front desk to change my room but she refused. I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. Overall, I would go there again.

The pillows and mattresses in the room are super comfortable. The one-click master switch at the head of the bed is too convenient, so you don't need to find the switches of each lamp in the dark. The bathroom is also separated from wet and dry, clean and hygienic. The front desk lady Xiao Xie service attitude is very good, patiently answering questions and helping to upgrade the room type, the details service is in place, highly recommended

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a small park and fish pond downstairs. The air was especially fresh after the rain. The front desk provided free tea, and the staff would take the initiative to ask if you wanted it cold or warm, which was very good.

My experience to Sheraton this time starts from the moment upon my arrival to the location. Door man was helpful and offered help if there's any need for luggage transfer. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. On the other hand, he realized I am a frequent biz traveller around the world. He introduced various hotel facilities professionally to relate my business opportunity, which is very smart of him. He also grades the buffet breakfast is well suitable for family and biz related occasions. It was another wonderful experience to stay in Sheraton together with my family.

I came here to rest for one night after visiting Zhuhai. The hotel has been open for a short time, the facilities are very new and the room is relatively large. It is about 6 or 7 kilometers away from the high-speed rail station.
