Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期。房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果超好，關上窗完全聽不到外面的噪音，床品柔軟。前台的服務尤其讓人暖心，有什麼不滿都會盡可能的給你解決，水壓很足24h都有熱水，馬桶還是電動智能馬桶，甚至還有加熱。下次來中山，肯定還會選擇這裏。

The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

Management and reception staff are friendly and attentive. Room is large, clean, and relatively quiet (given its location is in an office tower above a popular shopping centre). My thanks in particular to ‘Monica’ who made my stay comfortable. I am happy to recommend the hotel. Thank you.

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. 二刷了，一如既往的舒心。 到的時候有點晚，四周黑麻麻的。老闆在院子裏等我們。客房很温馨還帶一個臨水的茶室，於是興致很高的聊天到後半夜。 早上，老闆娘叫我們一起去參加村子裏組織的女神節活動，村民們聚集在天后宮旁的小廣場上載歌載舞很熱鬧。廣場邊上兩顆百年大樹盤根錯節的矗立着，人立於樹下樹冠猶如一把大傘遮天蔽日舒服極了。穿行於村裡小巷，一色的青磚灰瓦嶺南建築，雖是民居卻大都雕樑畫棟富麗堂皇，從前的繁華略見一斑。村子不大逛來逛去竟逛回了小院，昨天太晚也沒顧上查看，院子整合了10來棟舊的民房做客房合圍成口字型，前後開門，在中間修了亭台樓閣點綴各色鮮花做公共空間，客人們可挑自己喜歡的地兒圍爐煮茶談天説地，蜿蜒的水池裡養着錦鯉，可要小心它們將你的祕密偷聽了去。 注：老闆娘祕製檸檬鴨一絕。
