Environment: very beautiful and quiet
Facilities: Although it can't be compared to the beautiful hotel, staying in a homestay is to live simple and comfortable
Hygienic: disposable face wash and bath towels are provided
Service: The person in charge is very friendly, we come back for dinner, and arrange for us to drink tea and wine in the garden, so freehand!

It seems that it was a Vienna hotel before. The room decoration is completely Vienna. The room is large enough and the bed is very comfortable. The carpet feels a long time. I always feel a musty smell. Then the breakfast is basically the same every day. The dishes are also small.

The room facilities are ok, but I think it is normal if it is hygienic. The kettle has water there, the two bottles of bath products in the bathroom are left over, the towel is a bit short hair there, and there are still stains on the chair in the hall.
The service attitude is good, because it is only at night, and you can contact the room number at night, and you will tell where it is.

Awesome! Because I needed to stay in a hotel for one night for the exam, I found a cheap booking. I didn’t expect the environment to be so well decorated and completely exceeded expectations. He was a loft. The living room and bathroom below, the bedroom above, the quilt mattress was soft and comfortable, and the environment was super quiet. It did not affect my review. There is also a intimate induction night light on the stairs at night, absolutely!

Since being cheated many times by Xiaohongshu bloggers, I have been feeling scornful about the homestay. This stay, but it made me feel that I had less than 100 points. The small courtyard is beautiful and well equipped. The key proprietress will also take pictures. Adults and children are very happy

For example, when I didn’t have a local phone number, the staff kindly found alternative ways to ensure I can order meals etc, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort and convenience.
The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook.
Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly.
The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high.
From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was good, and the room type was upgraded for free. Breakfast was eaten at the dining bar next to it. It was delicious in the morning and there were several packages to choose from. There is also coffee in the lobby. I asked the front desk and the front desk also gave me a cup of coffee as a gift. The service is really good and I must give it a 5-point rating.

Moreover, the transportation here is convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the hotel after getting off the high-speed rail. There is also a laundry room, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserSuperb location! Very convenient with lots of eateries although it is a tiny bit far away from the port but apparently there is direct bus nearby to go back to Hong Kong! Rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is great! Staff are very friendly and helpful! There is also free parking if you are staying in the hotel! Will certainly come back next time and price are very reasonable too!

WWutungThe location is great, in the heart of the Eastern District, downstairs is the busiest business district, restaurants, massage parlors and shopping malls are all a few minutes walk.
The room was smaller than expected. Although it opened in 2023, the facilities in the room are a bit dilapidated, especially the bathroom, which has mold on the edges. The hotel lobby is simple, and the aroma of incense is a bit tacky. When checking in, the front desk attendant was a bit indifferent.

政政哥Hotel is well located in town of Sanxiang where it is a 10 mins drive to couple of famous golf courses. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and full amenities. The services at front desk was very efficient and courteous. The cafe besides the lobby is a good place to get good quality coffee and cakes for relaxing moments, however not likely for breakfast since it opens at.10am only. There are a lot of local resturants, supermarket and fruits stalls around the block for ones enjoyment.
