The villa was not cleaned well and we asked the cleaner to come back to clean. There was a cockroach in the kitchen sink and the floors were visibly dirty. The cleaner came to clean and had a negative attitude towards us, she cleaned haphazardly and did not acknowledge our requests. The gas stove was not working, the cutlery was not cleaned and were either broken or damaged making it unusable. Upon check-out, the host was extremely used and insisted we leave quickly before the stipulated check-out time. Overall we did not have a very pleasant stay and this could've been avoided if there was better care and attention to detail made by the host

The villa offers great value for money and ample space for a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The host was responsive, which contributed to a pleasant experience for our group, especially with kids. The highlight for the children was the swimming pool, providing them with hours of enjoyment.

A family and friends a total of 13 people, facilities have slide pool, sparrow, karaoke, each floor has a toilet, except the basement floor no, but sparrow, karaoke are in the basement, every time to the toilet to walk up the stairs, swimming pool many weeds and insects, staff are clear in the morning and afternoon
