Response from Property: B&Bs are definitely different from hotels. You may be looking forward to the appearance of a star-rated hotel, so you may feel a little disappointed when you come to our place. Generally, when staying in a B&B, you may pay more attention to whether the bed and hygiene are clean. Since you care so much about the appearance, the housekeeper recommends that you stay in a star-rated hotel. Our bedding and toiletries are all standard for stars, otherwise it would be impossible to achieve a 95% favorable rating. And kindly remind you that we are a real sea view B&B, not a water view. Many apartments do not have a front desk, and they all enter the password to check in by themselves, while our check-in process is handled by the housekeeper one-on-one, which is better than many apartments. I am really sorry that you did not have a good experience. Thank you for your recognition of our service, and we will work harder to provide better service.
