Vienna International Hotel

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The underground parking lot is directly accessible by a dedicated elevator. The floor-to-ceiling windows give people a beautiful mood. The lady at the front desk is warm and hospitable. The washed clothes are delivered directly to the room by a robot. It is so convenient!

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, there are many restaurants around, the transportation is convenient, I often stay in this hotel, the late check-out is very good, and parking is also convenient and free.

The hotel is located in the commercial street, together with Atour and Four Seasons. Compared with those two, it has the best value for money. However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The newly renovated Vienna is quite nice, clean and tidy👍It is in the same building as Atour and All Seasons, but the floors are a little lower, basically below the 10th floor. The room layout is also very good, cost-effective. The standard double room is by the elevator. If you like quiet, please book carefully. This time the beautiful girl at the front desk helped me upgrade to a superior double room. The room type is the same as the standard double room, but the superior double room is not at the elevator entrance, but two or three rooms inside. The first check-in experience is great👍
