Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the Huashang Shopping Center, making shopping and getting around easy. "A group of friends and I decided to take a short trip together. Choosing accommodation was a bit of a challenge, as it allowed both adults to rest and children to play. This time, we stayed at the City Comfort Hotel, and everyone, including our family and friends, raved about it! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy, and they even proactively recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. They patiently and meticulously answered any questions we had, instantly easing the fatigue of our long drive. The lobby was spacious, bright, clean, and simply decorated, with a designated rest area and complimentary freshly ground coffee. Adults could relax and chat while waiting, and children could play freely in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, bright, and free of dust and odors, making it a very safe and comfortable stay for families with children. The rooms were equipped with Sleemon brand mattresses, with a firmness suitable for all body types. Adults could relax and unwind after a long journey, while children slept soundly. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent, effectively blocking out footsteps in the hallways and traffic noise from the street, ensuring a quiet and private environment where the elderly and children could rest undisturbed. The room's air conditioning cools quickly, with a gentle and even airflow, maintaining a constant and comfortable room temperature without feeling stuffy or dry. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, is spotless with no standing water, and the faucet provides hot water at a constant temperature within three seconds of turning it on, eliminating long waits for children to wash up or for multiple people to take turns showering. The accompanying toiletries have a gentle floral and fruity fragrance, with mild ingredients that are gentle on the skin and safe for both adults and children. The entire house is equipped with smart home controls; lights, curtains, and air conditioning can be controlled by voice, saving you the trouble of moving around and making travel with children much easier. Overall, the facilities are comprehensive, the service is warm and attentive, and the hygiene is outstanding, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for large groups of friends and family, or short family trips, and we will definitely choose this place again for future family outings."

I had been leaving Huidong Hotel the day before and was heading out of Zigong, but because of some urgent matters, I returned to Zigong. I thought I might as well change hotels, so I chose the Four Seasons Hotel which seemed to have a good reputation. As a result, I experienced the difference between a genuine star hotel and a hotel that was rated high based on fake reviews. 1. Bathroom, thank you for the heated smart toilet, it is really unnecessary. But you should fix the shower. It takes three minutes to get hot water, and the hot water is interrupted in the middle! It's winter now. 2. The window handle was broken and fell off when I pulled it. I called the front desk and a waiter came and took a look. He said it couldn't be fixed and left. As a result, cold air kept blowing into the room through the gaps in the windows that were not closed tightly. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to the front desk twice before they changed my room. The so-called family room for more than 3,600 yuan was so crowded that it was extremely cramped. It did not even include breakfast. One had to spend 49 yuan at the front desk to become a member of Huazhu Club to get breakfast. The breakfast room is pitifully small, crowded, and the food is terrible. The waiter will come and quickly dump the food on your plate into the garbage truck before you even finish eating. Although he keeps apologizing afterwards, it really doesn't make people feel comfortable. It's as if he can't wait to get rid of you to make room for the next customer at the table. It feels like feeding pigs. This is the first and last time I stay at a so-called All Seasons Hotel. If you don't have to worry about the money, you should choose a genuine star-rated hotel. Pictures 1 to 3 were taken when I was staying at the Four Seasons Hotel, and Pictures 4 and 6 were taken when I was staying at the Huidong Hotel the day before. I do this for comparison and to make it clear that I am not advertising for anyone, but that I really noticed the difference in my stay."

Getting to the high-speed rail station by ride-sharing app takes less than 15 minutes. While prices are generally high during Chinese New Year, the service here was exceptionally warm and friendly. They offered complimentary snacks in the room, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful noodles with chili. The only downside is that the platform in the room is a bit easy to trip on. Oh, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – Zigong salt, a lantern, and a small horse pendant!"

"My friends, you've all been blown away! This newly opened City Comfort Inn 4.0 in Zigong has completely captured my heart! I originally came for the Dinosaur Museum, but I was absolutely blown away by the rooftop breakfast buffet on the eighth floor! The view of Zigong from the top was breathtaking, perfect for taking amazing photos! The breakfast selection was incredibly abundant, and most importantly, the hotel facilities are so new and top-notch! The smart fragrance system in the room smelled wonderful – fruity top notes, woody middle notes, and herbal base notes – it was so relaxing! The one-button master lighting, blackout curtains, and individually pocketed spring mattress made me never want to get up! The smart toilet is perfect for winter, and the high-flow rain shower is incredibly relaxing! The Xin·Gravity New Energy Vehicle Lifestyle Plaza is right downstairs, and it's adjacent to the Fourth People's Hospital. Shopping at Huashang International City is super convenient, and the nearby Lantern Park and Fantawild Dinosaur Kingdom are easily accessible! The wake-up service was also incredibly thoughtful! I didn't get enough of this stay, so I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zigong. I'll make sure to give it my best! ✨"

The cold medicine bag from the previous guest was still there and had not been cleaned. . . . Final summary: This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Especially the service is unbelievable. It is not as comfortable as staying in more than 100 chain hotels before."
