GGuest UserGreat little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.
The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

DDeirstarA very comfortable hotel and a helpful and friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. There are blackout curtains and you can easily turn off all the little lights that hotel rooms always have. Bus G3 goes from the high speed train station to the hotel and bus 65 goes from the same bus stop to Shenhai Well and the Dinosaur museum. The lovely botanic gardens are only a bus ride away and you can walk through a tunnel and across the bridge to the older part of the city and the Salt museum, or you could just get a bus. The hotel is on a busy road but the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, but the underground parking garage is huge and a bit winding (not a hotel issue).
The rooms are well-proportioned and spacious, with relatively new facilities.
Smart's special limited-time late-night snacks are great value for money, including noodles, drinks (Cola, Sprite), chilled rice cakes, yogurt (Yili), and ice cream, all available 24 hours a day.
The kids loved the little tent. A complimentary Zigong specialty gift was given upon check-in. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the foot bath packs were incredibly comfortable and effective.

MM897272****The hotel environment is really nice, and the service is excellent. When we checked in, they proactively asked if we had any room preferences, and seeing we had a lot of luggage, they even escorted us to our room door – so thoughtful! As soon as you enter the room, you're greeted by a pleasant scent; it's not overpowering at all. I also really liked the layout. The restaurant on the second floor where they serve late-night snacks is also beautiful. I'll definitely try the hotel's buffet next time I have the chance.

GGuest User酒店地理位置很好， 很靠近自貢華商。 出門方便 逛街方便。 前台小姐姐人很好， 我原本以為我有訂早餐， 結果才發現沒訂， 原本想説算了， 但是小姐姐給了個免費體驗的的券。 可惜了我睡不醒沒嚐到。 但是還是很感激前台小姐姐。 她們服務都很好， 我手裡拿的東西多， 要了給袋子還會幫我把東西裝起來。 房間特別寬敞， 還有辦公桌， 就是設計可能稍微老了一點， 我那邊還有空調無法打開的情況。 但是這些前台人員跟保安都很迅速的幫我解決了。 整體評價還是很棒的。
The hotel has a very good location, very close to Zigong Huashang, making it easy to go out, shop, and get around.
The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. I originally thought my booking included breakfast, but later realized it didn’t. I was going to let it go, but the staff kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast experience voucher. Unfortunately, I overslept and didn’t get to try it, but I was still very grateful for their thoughtfulness.
All the staff provided excellent service. I was carrying quite a lot of items, and when I asked for a bag, they even helped me pack everything properly, which I truly appreciated.
The room was very spacious and included a working desk, which was a plus. The design is slightly on the older side, and I did encounter an issue where the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on. However, the front desk staff and security responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue efficiently.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay, and I would rate it highly.

GGuest UserThis stay experience is a full score! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is done in seconds, and the surrounding play guide is intimately informed. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom amenities were complete and the quality was online. The breakfast is rich in variety, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, and the taste is superb. The hotel is conveniently located and convenient for shopping. Next time you come to this city, you must choose this one! Five-star recommendation!

DDali Big LilyIt's a very nice hotel with a large, free parking lot. The next day, it was only a few minutes' walk to Fantawild. We slept very well that night. The breakfast was decent, and the noodles were delicious. My child was very satisfied with the stay, and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Fantawild next time.

From booking to leaving the store, communication is smooth and responsive, and this feeling of being valued is really good.
The smile and efficient service of the staff made this stay not only a shelter, but also a warm encounter. Especially the room service butler Zhang Yuting. He opened the turndown for us in advance. He also sent fruit and snacks intimately. The price is very high, far exceeding expectations!

MMaotoumaThe hotel is on a hill. Parking is very convenient. It has its own garden landscape. The environment is beautiful and quiet, which is very suitable for morning jogging. The breakfast is rich in content, and the dishes change every day. The taste is also very good. The waiter Zhang Xia is warm and thoughtful, and will answer any questions.
