GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didn’t pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

TTony-007A family came to Gonggong for tourism and chose Hanting Hotel. It was very good and the family was satisfied! Firstly, the upgraded Hanting has newer equipment and more comfortable bedding than the previous Hanting; secondly, the rooms of this Hanting Hotel are particularly large, and it is spacious enough for a family of seven or eight to sit together and chat; finally, the hotel provides a warm pick-up service, and the hotel's breakfast is also good, but the restaurant is a bit small! In short, the price/performance ratio is very high and I will recommend it to other friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby was very cartoonish, with sparkly Kyocera logos and dinosaur-themed staff. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and upgraded me to a room with windows on both sides for free. The room was clean, bright, and tidy, with a fantastic view that stretched far into the distance – a pleasant surprise! This was excellent value for money; I used my Ctrip points to get an 85 RMB discount, bringing the room rate down to just over 200 RMB. The room was equipped with four bottles of mineral water, a packet of coffee, two packets of black tea, and two packets of green tea. The restroom was equipped with an alcohol wipe and a toilet seat cover. Parking was very convenient, right at the hotel entrance. The front desk staff also recommended nearby restaurants. They provided a small bottle of lotion and a complimentary gift of refined salt. The breakfast selection was extensive, including the famous local snack, cold-cooked rabbit. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting us with smiles and proactively asking how we were doing and if we had any suggestions. When we were making coffee, the control panel wasn't turned on, and a staff member ran over to open it and help us. We even received a call from a staff member that evening, saying our car sunroof was open and they were worried about rain that night. The room even had directions to the elevator. I would feel guilty not giving this place a five-star review.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel! The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the room is clean and tidy without odor, and the lighting and sound insulation are very good. The bedding is comfortable, the supporting facilities are complete, and the living experience is excellent. The front desk service is warm and professional, responsive and very intimate. Convenient location and complete surrounding facilities. The hotel has strict health management, quiet and comfortable environment, and high cost performance. It is a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation. It is really worthy of five-star praise!

I didn't see the hotel's name sign on the facade, but the photos of the reception area shown on the booking website make it easy to identify when you arrive.
The staff doesn't speak any English, not even at reception. However, everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful, and Google Translate is a perfect tool.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It matched the photos. However, there was no designated luggage area.
The bedding was excellent. The bed was very large. There was a sitting area (sofa and coffee table). Outlets were usable without an adapter (for European devices). The Wi-Fi was adequate.
The bathroom was large and very clean. A minor drawback was that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel weren't always refilled. But if you ask, they'll do it without any problem. A hairdryer was available.
Daily housekeeping.
Bottled water was provided daily. Electric kettle provided. Space intended for a small refrigerator... but unfortunately not available.
Quiet environment.
Breakfast buffet. A perfectly satisfactory selection, but potentially limited for those who prefer non-Asian options. The staff was very attentive, providing me with cutlery every morning.
Bonus: Free self-service washing machine (and detergent). Dryer also available. Super convenient!

MM897272****The hotel environment is really nice, and the service is excellent. When we checked in, they proactively asked if we had any room preferences, and seeing we had a lot of luggage, they even escorted us to our room door – so thoughtful! As soon as you enter the room, you're greeted by a pleasant scent; it's not overpowering at all. I also really liked the layout. The restaurant on the second floor where they serve late-night snacks is also beautiful. I'll definitely try the hotel's buffet next time I have the chance.

GGuest UserIn short, extremely satisfied. We spent the whole day at Fantawild Adventure, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the hotel at 8 pm – the huge parking lot in front was very convenient. Check-in was smooth, but when we got to the room, we thought we'd gone to the wrong one, since we'd booked a twin room for younger children. It was such a large family room! The staff must have upgraded us; and if they upgraded, they made it so luxurious. The room type is exactly as pictured and described, and the kids loved it. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful, and the kids didn't want to leave until after 11 am before we had to check out! A wonderful trip! The family-friendly hotel made for a perfect ending.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient for self-driving travel. The front desk check-in Xiaojin service attitude is good. The room arrangement is very satisfactory. I also sorted out some places and food worth visiting in Zigong. The food is very intimate. Zigong food is really great. The more you eat, the more spicy, the more you want to eat, but I feel that there are a lot of delicious food. I didn’t eat it, but the time is not enough. I will definitely try it again next time. More food is the hotel breakfast. There are not many types.
