GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didn’t pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival, I took the children from Chongqing to see the colorful lights. I didn’t prepare before departure. I couldn’t buy tickets online. I booked this. Miss Ming also helped me book the ticket at 8 pm that day. The room was very spacious. Downstairs is a small business with supermarkets and dining. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the west gate of the colorful world. It is very convenient. It also sent a lot of small snacks. It also sent a souvenir. It was a very pleasant trip. I recommend it.

The room is spacious and bright, the sanitation is spotless, the toiletries are complete, the bed is comfortable and soundproof, the rest is particularly quiet at night, the price is far more than the same price, and I will choose here next time I stay.

The hotel has its own spacious parking lot, convenient and worry-free parking, there is a new energy charging pile next to it, charging parking is one-stop solution, too friendly to the tram owner.
The soundproofing effect of the room is superb, the outside noise is basically not heard when the window is closed, and the night sleeps very peacefully, and there is no fear of being disturbed at all. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall living experience is very comfortable.
The buffet breakfast on the eighth floor is even more pleasant. The categories are rich and varied, hot dishes, noodles, porridge, fruits, and drinks are all available. The taste is online, and the food is satisfying and comfortable.
The hotel is in a good location and convenient to travel. It is very convenient whether it is to visit the business district or go to the attractions. The price is super high, the service is intimate, self-driving travel, business travel is very suitable, next time from Gong will choose here!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

GGuest UserThe best time to live, the first time I came here, it was a bit late, the big bag and the small bag together the staff saw it and helped me carry the luggage. The inconspicuous little corner and the real roses are really beautiful. It can be seen that it is attentive. There are robots that can send things. The children like it very much. There is also a glowing fireplace in the lobby. The children thought it was really hahaha. It looked very advanced, and the laundry room also had night security guards who helped to take the clothes to wash. The flattered service attitude was really not said. It is very convenient to get a parking ticket the next day.

The family-friendly atmosphere is particularly well-developed, with a dedicated children's area and thoughtful family-friendly amenities, demonstrating the hotel's dedication to this aspect. The kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and unwind. The staff were warm and attentive, quickly bringing any extras we requested. The location is also excellent, very close to amusement parks, making it convenient for travel. It offers great value for money and is perfect for families with children. Overall, a perfect experience – a fantastic family trip! I would definitely choose this hotel again!

GGuest UserThe hotel I just stayed in was really amazing! The room was clean and nothing to say, the corners were neatly packed, the air was fresh and the smell was very comfortable. The check-in at the front desk was polite and the travel was super convenient. I wanted to go anywhere and I was not far from Longhu Park. I went for a walk after dinner at night and blew the evening breeze. It was a small luck in the journey. By the way, it’s not far from the light show. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi. If you want to see the light show, you don’t have to toss. This kind of accommodation experience must be given a big praise, and I will choose here next time!

GGuest UserThe location is less than 3 kilometers away from the Chinese merchants. It’s so close that it doesn’t need to be? Breakfast is plentiful, parking is easy, and the super large parking lot allows you to park as much as you like!
