GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didn’t pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

But there are a few things that I can’t stand!
First: The windowsill in the room was covered with dust when the children lay on it! And hair! See picture
Second: The elevator was very slow. After waiting for a long time, I met the housekeeping lady who brought a bunch of cardboard boxes and empty bottles to sell as waste! There was basically no room for us to sit!
Third: The front desk staff is not familiar with the customer service capabilities at night. The guest room called the front desk 4-5 times but no one answered! Finally, I called the phone number I found on the platform and he answered it, and he denied that he didn’t answer the phone! Very angry! The elevator is so slow, otherwise I would have gone downstairs to get what I needed!
Fourth: Turning on the air conditioner is as good as not turning it on, and the quilt is so thin that it doesn’t feel like anything! A duvet, I guess? I didn't feel it at all, I was wearing a sweater at night! The physical sensation is huge!
Fifth: At 9 o'clock in the morning, people upstairs were moving chairs frantically! It lasts a long time! There is no way to rest properly!
As a hotel chain! This service is really disappointing!
Only the daytime front desk was professional! ➕He enthusiastically brought me two bottles of water!

When we checked in, they proactively asked if we had any room preferences, and seeing we had a lot of luggage, they even escorted us to our room door – so thoughtful! As soon as you enter the room, you're greeted by a pleasant scent; it's not overpowering at all. I also really liked the layout. The restaurant on the second floor where they serve late-night snacks is also beautiful. I'll definitely try the hotel's buffet next time I have the chance.

GGuest UserThis hotel is simply amazing! From the moment you step into the lobby, you feel unparalleled enthusiasm and professionalism. The smile of the front desk staff was as warm as the sun, the check-in was efficient and intimate, and I also introduced me to the hotel's various facilities and surrounding attractions in detail. The room was clean and tidy beyond imagination, the bedding was soft and comfortable, as if lying in the clouds. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and the water temperature is right. Shampoo and shower gel are high-quality products. The hotel's dining is also amazing, and the breakfast is varied and varied, whether it is a delicious Chinese snack or a Western bread milk, it is fresh and delicious. And the location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is developed, and shopping is very convenient. The past few days of staying here are really a kind of enjoyment, I highly recommend it to everyone!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

11366117****This is a very nice hotel. They upgraded our room upon check-in. The design of the room was especially suitable for us traveling with elderly people, and we didn't interfere with each other. The only unpleasant thing was that the weather in Zigong was extremely hot during the two days we were there. The hotel asked for a few more bottles of water, but they were reluctant. Especially when checking out, the elderly asked for two bottles of water at the front desk, which was a bad experience. Nowadays, hotels of this level already offer free bottled water. They also give guests water to drink on the way home when they leave. This was a bit petty and made me feel uncomfortable.

AAnonymous UserI was traveling with 3 children and an elderly person, and booked 3 rooms. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning to store my luggage. I was very tired after a day of playing in Fantawild. I wanted to go back to the hotel to have a good rest, so I checked in at 9pm. , there was a sudden power outage around 11 o'clock. I have never experienced a power outage in a hotel before. The weather was over 30 degrees and the hotel had a power outage. The water was almost out. I thought I would come to the store later, but I waited until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night to tell me that I would not come...! After 2 o'clock, even the fire emergency lights were turned off, and everything was dark. I didn't sleep all night, so I checked out at dawn and left quickly! For the first time, I realized what it means to pay for your suffering! The children were also bitten many times by mosquitoes!

GGuest UserIn short, extremely satisfied. We spent the whole day at Fantawild Adventure, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the hotel at 8 pm – the huge parking lot in front was very convenient. Check-in was smooth, but when we got to the room, we thought we'd gone to the wrong one, since we'd booked a twin room for younger children. It was such a large family room! The staff must have upgraded us; and if they upgraded, they made it so luxurious. The room type is exactly as pictured and described, and the kids loved it. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful, and the kids didn't want to leave until after 11 am before we had to check out! A wonderful trip! The family-friendly hotel made for a perfect ending.

GGuest UserA huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy.
However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race.
