我原先是訂了房間然後後面行程有變大概幾分鐘過後我申請取消然後酒店拒絕取消打電話問他們的負責人員説的是沒有這個説法，退不了!後面又説讓我們去去平台退款然後我們到平台説平台也把那個我申請給取消了!然後現在房間也沒有住錢也沒有退什麼服務態度💰也不退給我你就説現在是什麼一個意思嗎？退款也不能退，也沒有跟我們説解決方案，給他們打電話他們又不接，這種店請問還有開下去的必要嗎？一直在那裡推卸責任，前台也什麼都不知道，一直説我不知道説我們酒店就是這樣子規定的哪裡有酒店是這樣子規定的嘛我需要平台的一個做法，一是退錢還是什麼必須要給我合理的方案就是讓他必須給我們退錢，現在目前什麼也沒看到，錢也一直不給退，也沒有説要給我們一個解決方案大家避雷!!!很糟心錢也不退!!!

環境真的好，非常好。雖然旁邊有鐵路，但晚上也還行，不太吵！為了看燈會和去方特定的，燈會真的遠，千萬不要相信老闆説的走路半小時，我們走了1個多小時。如果週末一家人去休閑活動的，那個環境是真的特別合適

這家酒店需要交按金，退房的時候説已經退到微信了，我檢查微信發現沒有退，又説過會兒再退，我説現在退我，着急走，店家態度不耐煩，説他們租客都是這樣的，勸退！

這次五一定了這裏真的太幸運了，一段鄉間小路開進來，心裏拔涼拔涼的，結果到了路口眼前一亮，完全是世外桃源。好大一個濕地公園，酒店就是公園裡麪，妥妥的園林景觀。公園還有步道，太適合我們家跑步愛好者。老闆還安排了屋頂燒烤，太愜意了。酒店附近有餐廳有酒吧，擁擠的五一在這裏就像到了麗江，太有驚喜了，全家都10分滿意。

酒店位置還可以，離方特，燊海井以及大山鋪鎮還挺近的，滴滴十元內可以搞定，旁邊是個小型公園。衞生可以，當然花了400多如果衞生還不行那我真的要罵人了，唯一的缺點，這個價格可以在成都住更好的酒店了，自貢酒店行業的漲價真的是有些離譜，看這家平時200以內，瞬間感覺吃相有些不太好看了
