Hotel room was clean and modern. Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha. After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said "she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her". As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask? On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was "Isn't it too late now that I ask her?" The look on her face was a look of annoyance. I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day. Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with racism?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour. If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well.

Love the interior design and the thought of each placement of fixtures used in the room. There's only one improvement that we could think of, the room is too dim as there's no white light available at all. Other than that there's no flaw at all. Love the stay. A few steps from the tram station is the biggest plus point.

In general everything is good. The mini bar is free which is great. However I was unhappy when I arrived at the hotel but nobody at reception and no one answered call. We spent minutes walking around the hotel trying to find some staff to help us. Finally the reception guy showed up, he was just watching the view outside the door without uniform and didn't notice us. (we thought he was visitor like us)

Location was ok, train station just outside hotel which is good , but not much restaurants nearby. Staff friendly . Room good .

Nice hotel. Rooms are good and stylish. All necessary stuff is in the room. About 30 min walk from historical center. A grocery store a minute away, just around the corner. Very calm and quiet area.

The hotel location is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, she even helped us to call and reserve the restaurant that we wanted to go :)) the background of the lifts were so cheeky 😉

the Room is very clean and cozy, with no any bad things to point out. And the beer and drink in the fridge are free and refilled daily. The bathroom is also very clean, only 1 towel was broken after they changed. It has a sauna room on the rooftop., but it is unisex.

We were on a business trip to a nearby location, within walking distance and also within walking distance to the city, so overall it was good.

The room was a good size and new, and the location was good. It was close to the train station and the lake. We booked a double bed room, and the front desk gave us two small beds pushed together. Later we went down and were told that we had booked a double bed room. , because the price will be a bit more expensive, the front desk said it was a problem with the website and not their hotel. After negotiation later, we were still given a room with a king bed.

There were many things that were not informed in advance before check-in, and the deposit was fully deducted without any email notification. The service was worrying

The location is close to the tram, but it's a bit far from the zurich hb station. If walking for 13 minutes, but taking a car for about 5 minutes, the accommodation is clean and pleasant. There is a mini bar in the room for free drinks. (Usually other places will be broken) Clean bathroom, soap, shampoo, good smell, soft bed, comfortable sleep. The receptionist is friendly. In the center there is a computer. Free printer, tea and coffee It is advisable to prepare toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair conditioners, hair caps, cotton cards, because the school does not provide them. But it's good to prepare by yourself, so there's no problem. Clean room, comfortable sleep 👍
