The blind was faulty and the management brought down the blind without replacing it. At least make a makeshift curtain. Its totally bare and you cannot switch on the light esp. at night coz its truly transparent

It’s a good apartment but it has a bad smell in some floor.

12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night. Great view from the balcony.

Good just a short journey from main Zürich 20 mins by lime bike.

Maybe should’ve clean the bedsheet often. We felt itchy after slept on it.

It was my second time in a Swiss Apartment. This time I received a Very small studio apartment. The oven was not working and the bathroom shower was broken and leaked. I contacted the hotel staff but I didn't receive a positive response.

Amenities: 2.5/5 While the room had essential items like cutlery, stove, and iron, some amenities were in poor condition: - Microwave oven was non-functional (cut wire) - LCD screen was loose (bolts not properly installed) - Gallery window/gate had issues Overall: 3/5 Despite some issues, the room had basic necessities. However, the hotel needs to address maintenance concerns. Hotel apartment location is good but cleaniness and service is not so good.

quite noisy for 20 hrs per day: trains, road, no Aircon, so difficult to sleep with open windows

Excellent location; the only issue is that there’s no air conditioning or fan, and if we open the window, train sounds are very annoying. Compared to the price, it’s a good deal.

Disappointing experience at this hotel. The self-check-in process was inconvenient and the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, the absence of any staff to assist or respond to calls made the stay even more frustrating. Not recommended

The location was excellent

Very messy when i did check in then they start clean when i entered my room and there was nothing in bathroom like handwash or bath soap as well as they even dont have drinking water very bad experience

Very poor condition, blood stain on the wall and dirty bedsheets. Toilet full of dust and the bath tub is smelling. Location near the train station but feeling unsafe with a lot of drunk people on the street. We have to leave the place immediately.
