Special

This is a very unique sort of a place with the vintage ambience. There is something artistic about it as well as old and photogenic. It was a really nice place, that is sort of hidden from the road so you can't hear the bike or car sounds which was great. The place was cozy and there are some muaic instruments. The music was great too. We went in the afternoon for a while and then went back again in the evening because we liked it so much. It was lot better than places with tourists and noise. We tried their cold brew coffee and passion fruit juice. Both were very nice. #vietnamtrip #hanoi #hiddencafes

TAKE A BREAK

#vietnamtrip Recently, Thanh Cong area has opened many new and beautiful cafes, from the hidden chill vibe to the check-in photo shops with lovely spaces. Take A Break stands out with its popular facade, suitable for OOTD photos. The space inside is quite spacious with quite a few seats, I like the sofa corner closest to the glass door because it is soft, lying down and chatting with friends is also comfortable. I find some other corners a bit narrow and stuffy, I stopped by in the morning and saw the floor was still dirty and had water, probably because the shop is being repaired and completed. I tried peach tea with milk cream but I was not really impressed, I read other reviews and saw that the space is mainly praised but the drinks are not very good. Hopefully the shop will fix it and stabilize the quality of drinks at the shop. Address: 108C3 THANH CONG, BA DINH, HA NOI. VIETNAM

Rode a motorcycle for good food

#newyearadventure Tried out a motorcycle food tour when in Ha Noi, and it's definitely a touristy thing to do. Rode as a pillion rider on a motorcycle was really cool as we got to experience how the rider rode and avoided the jaywalkers. Also, we got to try out and enjoy some food that we might never get to try or attempt to try if we were on our own. The experience of the food tour and having rode on a motorcycle was really nice. Besides bringing us to try out the local stalls, be it a shop or by the roadside, the guide made an effort to introduce the history and culture of the city to us. It's definitely an eye-opener for us

📍Floor 9, 33 Alley 165 Cau Giay, Hanoi ⏰ 16:00-02:00 💸 from 55ca Zero Point is located on the 9th floor with a million-dollar view embracing the city but the price is student-friendly. The shop has indoor and outdoor spaces, if you like cozy privacy, you can sit inside, but if you want to breathe fresh air, you can go outside, it's extremely spacious so no need to flo. If you want a nice seat, remember to book a table in advance. The drink menu is quite diverse and affordable, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can order from the menu or the bartender will also make it according to the customer's request. Good music, very suitable for a date

BOOK IN BAR

Book in bar is a small, quiet cafe, very suitable for studying or working. It was my own big mistake not to know about Book in bar sooner and write a review for everyone so that everyone could have a new place to hide for themselves. Although the space is only one floor, there are many seats, most of the tables and chairs are high tables and chairs, and there are electrical outlets around for guests to conveniently use. Each table is arranged with an additional lamp, providing adequate light for guests but still maintaining a quiet, cozy space. Besides, the shop still has a row of low chairs for customers to chat, but everyone who comes here maintains the common space and speaks very softly, which makes me like it even more. The way to get to the shop is a bit difficult, it's easiest to find using Google Map :3 ☕️ The menu is diverse from coffee to tea, I tried an apple mint tea and a salty roasted rice cream tea. My apple mint tea has a bit of a strong mint flavor, and the tea is also a bit too sweet. If I could reduce these two ingredients, I think the tea would fit better. My friend complimented me on roasted rice tea that it was delicious, light in taste and easy to drink. Before I went there, I saw a story about the shop uploading carot cakes and cinamon rolls, so I was curious to try them out. Unfortunately, the day I visited, the shop didn't have those two cakes huhu :( If anyone has tried them, please review them and let me know, I like them. Very nice carot cake #historicallandmarks #localguides #goodfoods #foodphotography #coffeeshop #bar #cafe

Watch the street "Chill" with Tone Gray Cafe 😮 📍 𝟭𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗵𝗼́ Đ𝘂̛́𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗶́𝗻𝗵, 𝗕𝗮 Đ𝗶̀𝗻𝗵, 𝗛𝗡 ⏰ 𝟳𝗔𝗠 - 𝟭𝟭𝗣𝗠 💸 𝟐𝟓-𝟓𝟎ca 🌻 In the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this is a place to stop to both Chill and watch the streets, and be modern. Located right at the intersection of Pho Duc Chinh + Chau Long, 𝐎𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 stands out with its gray tones, quite sophisticated and mixed with a bit of Hanoi's cool Kool Ngau. Every small corner is meticulously cared for, taking virtual photos is always a blast. Sitting in front of the porch, chilling and watching the streets, chatting with friends is a delight. Today I tried 3 dishes: peanut butter and almond coffee, banana ice cream coffee and chocolate ice cream. The drink menu is delicious, diverse and trendy, beautifully decorated, and very reasonably priced. The shop has 2 floors with separate spaces, if the 1st floor is an open space with quite chill sidewalk seating corners to watch the traffic, the 2nd floor is a small, pretty closed space with air conditioning for a sufficient working space. Tag the cameraman and come here right away. #historicallandmarks #localguides #goodfoods #foodphotography #coffeeshop #cafe

BEE5 ROAST & BREW

Bee5 Roast & Brew has the same owner as Maison Bee that I reviewed in #bemycoffeecaugiay. Bee5 has a larger and more chill space. The shop has two floors, I like the yard in front of the shop the most because it is both airy and spacious. In this weather, I like to sit outside to feel the cold of late autumn and early winter after spending most of the year just lying at home =)))) The shop has a 2nd floor with high tables and chairs for studying and working. But I find it a bit dark. The day I visited, the shop was deserted and quiet, so if you need to find a place to study/work, read a book or chill alone or with friends, you can stop by Bee5 to play. ☕️ The coffee here is very delicious, I advise you to try fresh cream coffee, Robusta coffee beans so it will be rich in flavor but still easy to drink because of the fragrant cream layer. In addition, at Bee5 there will be food such as bread, salad, beef curry, etc. to eat to fight hunger. #historicallandmarks #localguides #coffeeshop #cafe

Ták coffee

Ták coffee

The cafe has a prominent, impressive design with a “garden” in a relaxing Zen style. Overall, it can be seen that Ták coffee is inspired by Japanese style. Impressed by the space of the shop surrounded by bamboo, gravel roads and a large indoor area with interesting architecture. The shop uses a prominent red tone, a large house frame with a circular structure, and the ceiling above gets smart light through cute cubic glass panels. The concept is interesting with neat interior, soft chairs, many power outlets, and a long table, so it is quite suitable for a “workspace” location. The lighting is beautiful, so taking pictures outside is okay. The menu is diverse with prices ranging from 40-60k, I tried fruit tea, the appearance and quantity are okay. In addition, the shop also has cakes! Search “Ták coffee” on google map for easy finding. The shop is soft opening and officially opens on August 24-25.

Som Tum Thái

#100waysoftravel 📍37 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi This is a special location of Som Tum Thai, because this is the first location in Hanoi that does not have to be "underground". This 4th location is located outside the shopping malls. The design concept is quite interesting because it is inspired by the movie "Alice in Wonderland". The restaurant has 2 floors with a central location, so it is very convenient to move around. The food quality is still stable, probably due to the attraction of the 20% discount - opening, so it is quite crowded, everyone should book a table in advance

KHOI NGUYEN CAFFE

#vietnamtrip I heard that this shop is great for studying/working and it's true. The space is 3 floors, not too spacious but still has reasonable tables and chairs for guests who go alone or with a large group of friends. High tables and chairs, there are power outlets right under the feet, many large glass doors to welcome natural light, fans and air conditioners are cool and the shop is open until night. The downside is that the wifi was unstable when I went there, I don't know why, hopefully the shop has fixed this important problem. In addition, I see that the area is very crowded, but this time, I have to call many people * Regarding the menu, I see that there are many choices, I ordered Olong Dao Trang Thanh Yen which is quite okay. Those who like fruit teas can refer to this shop because I see many creative drinks, suitable for summer. Address: 29 LANE 49 HUYNH THUC KHANG, DONG DA, HANOI, VIETNAM

DEAR NOVEMBER

A cafe with a super pretty Korean facade just opened right in the Lang Pagoda area, guys. Wow, right from the front of the shop, I really liked it. It looked exactly like the cafes in Korea. How cleverly there was a beautiful star fruit tree hanging in front of the shop's door. When the flowers bloom, I'm sure to love it. The shop has only one floor, a very small space consisting of an indoor part and an outdoor corridor. I'm in love with the round windows here, taking pictures through the windows looks so pretty. The tables and chairs here are all high enough for studying and working, but the owner still arranged a rather large sofa for those who like to recline. The space is small, so please pay attention here to avoid noise and maintain order in the restaurant space. ☕️ I ordered a London Fog (45k), the foam layer is soft and delicious, mixed with the sweetness of Earl Gray tea Latte, a cup of London Fog for windy days like this will be my choice instead. Substitute for familiar drinks such as hot sucule, hot matcha or hot latte #historicallandmarks #localguides #coffeeshop #cafe

#cafestory 📍65 Nguyen Khang 🕰 8:30 am - 11:00 pm ▪️A beautiful shop for Hanoi's autumn 🧸 - At first, I didn't understand why the shop was so crowded, but it turns out that in addition to the beautiful space and many check-in corners, there is also statue painting, guys 😂 - I like the shop because of its private space, suitable for dating, studying and working, but now the shop is too crowded so you guys should gradually come over ▪️Diverse menu, Burningmel - coffee mixed with caramel, light and easy to drink. Mien man - coffee with a layer of fatty cream that I order everywhere 😗 Price is about 50-60k, if you add statue painting, I will bow
