Introduction Fall Foliage Sightseeing in Hakone

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Hakone is a great place to enjoy the autumn leaves in Japan, and the best time to enjoy the leaves is from October to November. When you step into Hakone, you feel like you are in a colorful dream world.

Around the Choanji Temple, tall maple trees surround the ancient temple, and the red leaves and the quaint buildings complement each other. When the autumn wind blows, the red leaves fall, either piling up on the stone steps or falling on the eaves and ponds of the temple, adding a bit of poetry and tranquility to the ancient temple. On the shore of Lake Ashi, the red leaves spread along the lakeshore. The fiery red and orange leaves are reflected in the clear lake water, forming a beautiful picture with Mount Fuji in the distance and the swaying boats on the lake.

Appreciating the red leaves in Hakone not only allows you to appreciate the beauty of nature, but also to experience the unique Japanese style and start an unforgettable autumn journey.

Experience Report: Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara, a rising star in 2024.

Amid the hustle and bustle of city life and work pressure, everyone yearns for a haven where they can relax. Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara is the paradise you've been dreaming of. Since its official opening in 2024, it has become a holy place for countless travelers with its unique charm. Located in Sengokuhara, Hakone, Blisstia is in a perfect location. It is not only close to Sengokuhara Elementary School Station, with convenient transportation, making every step from the station to the hotel easy and pleasant, but what is even more surprising is that the hotel entrance is the station, as if the world is at your feet. A few steps away, you can reach the 711 convenience store, and there are various restaurants around, whether you want to taste authentic Japanese cuisine or find exotic flavors, you can satisfy you here. The design of the hotel room is even more eye-catching. I was fortunate to stay in a two-bedroom suite, which was extremely spacious, with a full 100 square meters of area, which not only provided enough activity space, but also made people feel open. Three comfortable large beds are placed in two separate rooms, whether you are traveling with family or friends, you can guarantee that you have a private rest environment. The biggest highlight of Blisstia is its hot spring experience. Not only are there two carefully designed public hot springs, so that every guest can enjoy the fun of bathing, but what is even more surprising is that each room is also equipped with a private hot spring, allowing you to enjoy the nourishment of the hot spring in a private space and completely relax. The room is fully equipped with facilities, microwave oven, induction cooker, washing and drying machine, to meet all your life needs. What's more intimate is that there are also personal care products such as makeup remover, toner, hair care essential oil, etc. These details all reveal the hotel's care and attentiveness to guests. Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara is the most comfortable experience in my trip. It not only has an excellent location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and thoughtful service, but what makes people linger is the private and noble hot spring experience. I strongly recommend every traveler, when you come to Hakone, you might as well stop and experience the charm of Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara. I believe it will become the most unforgettable memory of your journey.

Hakone Gora KAI: A private hot spring paradise in the clouds.

Hakone Gora KAI: A private hot spring paradise in the clouds.

Hidden in the mountains of Hakone is a hot spring hotel that will leave you dreaming of your next visit: Gora KAI. Not only is it in a great location, but it's also a paradise for the soul. Imagine being halfway up a mountain in Hakone, surrounded by mist, as if you were in a fairyland. The hotel is newly built and exudes a modern Japanese style, with every design detail being a pleasant surprise. 🌟 My room was a Western-style room, spacious and cozy. It had a soft bed for me to lie down when I was tired, and a tatami mat full of Japanese style, which made me feel like I was instantly immersed in local life. The most exciting thing is that each room has a private terrace and hot spring pool. Imagine enjoying a hot spring in a private space, looking up at the stars in the sky. Isn't this the ultimate travel experience? 🏰 The hotel's architectural layout is like a maze hidden in the mountains. The four buildings - the main building, the annex, and the east and west wings - are connected by clever passages. As you stroll through, you may be surprised to find that the complex design of the upper and lower floors makes every turn a small adventure, allowing you to discover new worlds inadvertently. The surprise of "So I'm here" is unforgettable. 🍽 When it comes to food, Gora KAI is not to be missed. The room rate includes two meals, breakfast and dinner, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while satisfying your taste buds. The Japanese restaurant offers exquisite kaiseki cuisine, with each dish being a work of art. The Western restaurant offers teppanyaki, with the flying flames and the aroma of grilling making your mouth water. As for breakfast, although I found it hard to get used to the rice that Japanese people love to eat, the choice of Western breakfast allowed me to find the perfect start in the morning light. 🛤 The hotel's location makes travel extremely convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Gora Station, where you can take the mountain cable car to Owakudani to experience the shock of the volcano, or go to Lake Ashi to enjoy the tranquility of the lake and mountains. When going down the mountain, the mountain tram can easily reach Hakone Yumoto, making the whole journey seamless and extremely convenient. This trip to Hakone was made even more memorable by Gora KAI. Here, I not only experienced authentic Japanese hot spring culture, but also had a spiritual journey. If you also yearn for such a deep experience, why not come to Hakone and explore the infinite charm of Gora KAI!

Japanese Hakone hot spring hotel | Gora Kadan in Kyorogafu

Japanese Hakone hot spring hotel | Gora Kadan in Kyorogafu

Hakone is a hot spring spa resort in Japan, and Gora Kadan is located in Hakone National Park. It was originally a summer residence for a member of the royal family in Gora Town, Hakone. The finest Japanese service in the country is provided in this villa, which blends elements of Japanese tradition with modern design. Hakone Gora Park, opened in 1914, is a symmetrical French garden centered around the fountain soil. In addition to the fountain, there are three botanical gardens with different styles in the garden, which are the spacious "Bougainvillea Pavilion" full of southern atmosphere, the "Tropical Plant Pavilion" with the theme of tropical plants, and the "Tropical Plant Pavilion" with about 70 kinds of tropical herbs. "Tropical Herb Pavilion". , Gora Kadan has only 39 rooms, and each room has a unique Japanese-style bathtub. Surrounded by pine and bamboo, the long and narrow parquet corridor embodies the antique flavor of Japanese luxury hot spring hotels and the characteristics of modern oriental aesthetics. , the hotel provides authentic Japanese kaiseki cuisine, using the freshest ingredients, cherishing the true taste of each ingredient, enjoying it in a royal western-style villa built in the Showa era, it is definitely an unforgettable experience. Of course, you must not miss the most orthodox Japanese hot springs when you come here. Gora Kadan Hotel has the mineral-rich hot spring water quality in the Hakone area. The spring quality is simple spring, sulfur spring, chloride spring, sulfur spring, sulfate spring, and bicarbonate spring. It has an excellent conditioning effect on the stomach and skin. The open-air hot spring with a view of the mountain landscape, coupled with the exquisite bath structure, makes the hotel's hot spring experience "a variety of styles". If Gora Onsen is said to make skin smooth and beautiful, then a calming warm-up spa experience is the perfect way to unwind. Surrounded by nature and deeply relaxed, Kadan Spa's unique Japanese spa techniques will make people feel refreshed.
